Detailed Description Provide leadership to the Global Applications Team along with implementing and supporting Global Applications across Integra.  Responsible for strategic, operational and financial planning, project management, technical leadership, large-scale implementations , global production support, training, change management, regulatory compliance, process standardization, and vendor management.  Manage a 24/7 global team including various outsourced functions.  Perform Due Diligence and oversee integration of business acquisitions.   SUPERVISION RECEIVED   Vice President and Chief Information Officer   SUPERVISION EXCERCISED   Supervise direct employees as well as manage  contractors, and outsourced team members/personnel. Job Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Direct Global Business system functions supporting company objectives and new business initiatives. Lead and manage the function to deploy and support global business systems Work closely in a conclusive role with business leaders to ensure solutions meet their needs Portfolio and Project management for disparate business functions across the organization Manage capital and operational  budgets, spending, contracts, vendors, objective setting, performance appraisals, etc Analyze and define business problems/issues and identify appropriate technical options Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization (not so much Executives) and lead various committees/teams   DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position. BA required, MBA Preferred 10+ years in Senior Leadership role (Oracle eBusiness suite preferred) including global implementations and  support.
