Client is ideally looking for smaller firm and software development experience as opposed to large commercial firm experience RUBY a HUGE plus. We are currently looking for a qualified Sales Force Automation (SFA) Project Manager to plan, supervise, and manage multiple small to medium-size projects at the national level. These projects will be performed in collaboration with project team members and stakeholders. The incumbent is expected to be able to deliver, within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, complete SFA project solutions utilizing the corporate System Life-Cycle (SLC) processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for timelines and deliverables that match project objectives
· Recommend course of action regarding project issues/concerns, implement mitigation plans, then escalate risks and issues to the project lead and senior management as necessary
· Work with financial stakeholders to ensure that the project remains within financial and regulatory guidelines
· Collaborate with project team to ensure timely delivery and quality of all project deliverables
· Develop and exercise scope change control
· Set and comply with Quintiles IT Project Management Methodology (ITPMM)
· Perform project closeout, including Lessons Learned activity

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Bachelor's degree required and preferably have several years experience within a regulated industry environment
· 5 years experience managing the configuration, testing & deployment of Sales Force Automation Systems - preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Solid experience with MS Excel and project management
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

· Experience with Systems Validation, Sample Accountability and Reconciliation
· Experience with Incentive Compensation planning, implementation, reporting, and delivery
· Experience with the Sample and Literature fulfillment, process, and implementation
· Experience with importing/exporting prescription level and sales level reports; i.e. IMS, SDI marketRX, Wolters Kluwer
· Experience managing field sales territory alignments, mapping, and prescriber targeting
· Experience with database files
· Experience with prescriber validation

Client now has the need for an Embedded Firmware Engineer at its Edison, New Jersey facility.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
â¢Â    Design and develop firmware for 16 and 32 bit embedded processors for data acquisition and post processing analysis
â¢Â    Ability to use high end circuit emulators, debuggers, compilers and assemblers
â¢Â    Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software
â¢Â    Develop software for custom hardware including implementation and testing
â¢Â    Ability to work effectively solo or in a team environment.
Education and or Experience
