Financial Reporting Accountant - KOP - ($75 - $90 plus bonus) - IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS!!! BIG 4 Candidates!
This is a very stable company with good a solid growth history including a tremendous 1st Quarter in 2009 (20% growth) in a recession proof industry. The client is looking for someone currently working in the Big 4 with at least 4 years of experience. The candidate must have worked with public companies and with SEC reporting. The candidate will work on the budget process, strategic planning, and assist in preparing financial reports, including external reports to the SEC, including quarterly and annual reports, and internal reports to senior management. The candidate must have a BS Degree in Accounting or Finance. The candidate must have Big 4 (current) and a CPA.
Senior Accountant - Philadelphia ( $50 - $60K)
A healthcare organization in the Philadelphia Metro Area is looking for a Senior Accountant to prepare journal entries, month end close, billing, account reconciliations, and financial statement prep. The client is looking for 2 - 10 years experience in a healthcare setting. The healthcare experience is absolutely required. The candidate must have current hands-on experience doing the month end close. At least a BS Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Senior Tax Analyst - Delaware ($70K - $90K)
A large, stable company is looking for a Senior Tax Analyst with experience in US Federal, State compliance and reporting. The candidate will also prepare sales tax returns, and assist with tax planning. This position works directly with the Tax Manager and Director of Tax. The candidate must be currently working in a large, public company and have current experience with FAS109 and FIN48. A BS Degree in Accounting is required and a CPA is strongly preferred. Public Accounting is strongly preferred.
Senior Accountant - KOP ($50 - $55 plus bonus)
A large company in the service industry is looking for a Senior Accountant with 2-6 years of experience. The candidate must have current month end close experience and financial statement preparation. A BS Degree in Accounting or Finance and large ERP systems experience is required.
VP Controller - NE Philadelphia area ($100 - $150 plus bonus)
A large company is looking for a VP Controller for their corporate office in the NE area. The client is looking for someone with a mix of Big 4 or large Regional Public Accounting and Private Industry. This position will oversee all finance functions for the organization and report to the CFO. They are looking for 6 - 15 years of experience. A BS in Accounting/Finance and a CPA are required. Large ERP system experience is also required.
Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis - Philadelphia ($120-$150 plus bonus)
A large and well-known company is looking for a Manager of FP&A with a mix of Big 4 and private industry. The candidate needs to have at least 2 years in Big 4 before moving into the private sector. This person will be responsible for the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, current management experience, SOX, in a public organization with at least $1 billion in revenue. This is a high level role with a lot of exposure to Senior Level Management. This person should have some hands on accounting experience. Requirements are under 20 years of experience current in a management role with a large company doing FP&A work, Big 4 experience, and a MBA or CPA is required.
Manager of Financial Planning and Anaysis - Philadelphia ($75 - 90K)
The client is looking for a Manager of FP&A who is currently (firm on this) working in a manufacturing company. The responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, income statement analysis, modeling, cost analysis, metrics, pricing, strategic planning, and strong presentation skills. The candidate must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, and have large ERP system experience. The candidate must have a CPA or MBA.
Audit Manager - Manufacturing - Lancaster County - ($95K - 120K plus bonus)
A manufacturing company in Lancaster County is looking for an Audit Manager. The candidate must have Big 4 experience and an active CPA. The candidate must have strong SOX experience, management experience, and worked in the financial audit area. This is a high exposure role and typically a role that leads into Senior Level Management within the organization. Manufacturing experience in a larger organization is required. Must have at least 6 years of experience. CPA is required.
Tax Compliance Manager - Manufacturing - Lancaster County ($70K - $90K)
The client is a large organization looking for a Tax Compliance Manager with experience in a public company setting. This person will be responsible for Federal and State returns. Must have multi-state experience. This is heavy compliance and provisional work. Must have current experience working with FAS109 and FIN48. CPA is strongly preferred.
Cash/AR Specialist - Service - KOP area ($40-$45K)
The client is looking for someone with strong cash and AR experience. This person will be responsible for the cash management, AR, aging reports, and making collection calls. The company is a leader in their industry. This position does NOT require a Degree but it is preferred.
Payroll Specialist - Service - KOP area ($40-$45K)
The client is looking for a Payroll Specialist with ADP or Ceridian experience. The organization is a leader in their industry and has a 75+ year presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll including the set up of new employees, doing the benefits and multi-state tax calculations, an understanding of the general ledger, reconciliations, and posting journal entries in an organization with at least 200 employees. Some exposure to HR is a plus. This is not a "call the numbers in' payroll position. Looking for under 10 years of experience with a stable work history and a BS Degree is not required.
Staff Accountant - Manufacturing/Distribution - South Jersey - ($45-$50)
The client is looking for a Staff Accountant with 2-5 years of experience working with the general ledger, doing month end close and financial statement prep. The top dollar for this position is $50K and the client will not see anyone making more than $50k now or in their last position. They want to see people currently working earning in the $40K range now. This is a growing company in a unique industry. There is tremendous upside potential including management.
Senior Auditor - Manufacturing - Lancaster County - ($55-$60)
There is 35% international travel with this position. The client is looking for a 2-5 year candidate with manufacturing experience in an Audit function. Ideal candidate will have Big 4 or Regional Public experience. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of SOX, A-Z audit experience working in a publically traded company or public accounting with public company clients. This position is a feeder role into higher level positions within the company. The candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate those skills with confidence in an interview. BS is Accounting or Finance is required. CPA or parts passed is preferred.
Staff Accountant - KOP - ($40K - $45K)
This is a newly created position with a well known company in the KOP area. The client is looking for 1-4 years of solid general accounting experience. This is an entry-level position. The candidate will prepare journal entries; assist with month end close, heavy reconciliation work, assisting with financial statements. The candidate must have a BS Degree in Accounting and stability on their resume.

Subj: RE: Encore of the Linked in, Facebook and Twitter presentation
There were a lot of people asking for a repeat of the Linked In
presentation and someone listened.
It will take place on Sunday, July 28 at Bridgewater United Methodist
Church at 11:30 AM.
I attended the first one and it was very good and I learned a lot. The
presenters are Fran and Bill Lytle, owners of Brand Champs who are experts at
helping companies position their products and brands in the best way to get
the most positive exposure in the markets they are wanting to target.
This is a free presentation.
The church is located at 651Country Club Road in Bridgewater, NJ. If you
head west on Rt.22, turn right at the 2nd light right after going under the
2002/206 overpass. This is right at the end of the Ethicon campus.The
church is on the left about 1/2 mile in. There should be signs directing you
to the lecture.
If you get there a bit early, there are refreshments (lemonade on lawn)
with a free will offering.
If you announce this at a meeting, make sure that everyone is aware of the
directions. We had several guests last time but one lady was waiting at
St. Bernards church and could not understand that there was no one else
there.
Unfortunately I will not be there because I will be away.
But you will find the presentation worthwhile and first class.
