Subject: Transfer Agency

Chuck,

I really appreciate your help on this!!!! I will have to take you to dinner!!!

A new T&M project within Securities Fund Services, specifically Alternative Investment Management (AIM) in the Transfer Agency space. More specifically, we have a series of client requests as well as the shut-down of an office within the transfer agency business. We need to add a series of functions to our TA platforms (2 of them, SHARP and TAP). . While the technical/functional skills are critical, the domain expertise is equally important for these roles. The resource requirements look like:

PM –3

BA – 12

Dev –1 2

Dev/DBA – 6

QA – 8

The platforms are based on Visual Basic 6.0 with ASP. The databases are MS SQL 2000 and 2005 and stored procedures and DTS packages are fundamental. There is some .Net. QA work would be using the Mercury testing suite, mostly going through the scripts (and creating them), but if we can get some of these scripts automated, that would be great.

Regards,

Michael A. Polito
