Lloyd Feinstein is a seasoned Career Consultant and an Associate Member of Financial Executive Network Group (FENG).  He joined FENG in May of 1999 and is a frequent contributor of articles on managing the job search process.  He is an accomplished and regular speaker on career management topics throughout the tri-state area to adult schools, alumni associations, professional and trade groups, and church-based self-help groups.  One of his goals is to build strategic partnerships with mid-level and senior executive support groups.

For the past 26 years, Lloyd has been a full-time career consultant and adviser to the serious minded career person from recent college graduates up to and including senior management executives and entrepreneurs.  During this time Lloyd has co-authored Career Changing:  The Worry-Free Guide, published by Little, Brown & Co. (out-of-print) and articles for the Wall Street Journal's National Business Employment Weekly.

Prior to this, Lloyd was Director of Human Resources for Oppenheimer & Co. on Wall Street and Director of Human Resources for Cadence Industries Corporation in West Caldwell, NJ.  He holds a B.A. from Kean University and an M.A. from Rutgers University.

The Business Process Analyst will review existing processes by which information on  match is captured, processed, and verified. The Business Process Analyst will be expected to complete mapping of current process and systems, document workflow, and develop new operational efficiencies to improve data quality, improve alignment with other school data verification processes, and reduce burden on school staff. The Analyst will independently work to identify potential root causes of current challenges, recommend process or organizational improvements, and develop an implementation plan based on those recommendations. 
 

KEY DUTIES:
-Manage day-to-day activities of the Project, independently determining and pursuing next steps for issues identified for the Project by project sponsors and team members.
-Work with project sponsors and team leaders to prioritize existing and new issues based on the size of the impact on process efficiency, data quality, the Project timeline, and the organization's ability to affect change.
-Determine the root causes of process and data quality issues through independent means such as interviews, meetings, research; detail and quantify the impacts of issues on process efficiency and data quality.
-Create documentation to support case for proposed recommendations; create detailed project plans for executing process or organizational improvements.
-Provide regular status updates to team leads and project sponsors;
-Document processes through which data are collected, organized, changed, and reported.
-Additional duties as assigned.
 
REQUIRED:

 A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and eight years of satisfactory full-time professional experience, five of which will include: 
 
·organizational research or program evaluation
·business process improvement services in data and technology-centric environments
·operations research
·technical and user documentation
·engineering process improvements
·management and methods analysis
·educational, personnel or public administration
·short- and long-term planning
·independent research, data collection and analysis

strong problem solving skills and creative systems thinking

LISA RANGEL: Lisa Rangel, PHR (Professional In Human Resources), is the Managing Director of Chameleon Resumes and a graduate of Cornell University. As a recruitment professional for over 13 years, she has held management and producer roles for international, public recruitment conglomerates to domestic, private search firms.

Lisa knows first-hand what resumes get a response from reviewing thousands of resumes over the years and helping recruiters seek talent for their premier organizations. Lisa can show candidates which resume styles, wordings, and formats she and her corporate clients have responded to when recruiting top-notch candidates. She has written resumes, prepared candidates for interviews and performed job search coaching for professionals ranging from executive to entry-level to returning to work in various disciplines spanning across a multitude of industries and corporate cultures.

Position Summary;

This role will report to the Chief Technology Officer. This individual
would focus on client's Core Applications providing software application
implementation, integration & support. This role will work closely with
client's Senior Software Developers & Architect as well as other Information
Technology and Business staff. From project to project, the person in this
role will take explicit direction from project sponsoring Business leaders,
which include: Sales, Operations & Compliance; as well as, Global Equity and
Macro Strategies. Sometimes this will entail consensus building and
requirements gathering, while at other times, it will require a heads-down
focused development effort.

This is a very senior technical role that requires significant business and

Key Responsibilities:

· Support, build and integrate proprietary applications, as well as,
integrate 3rd party vendor systems into client's systems environment as a
primary responsibility.
· Support of business-oriented services, including a role in the
early morning providing oversight of daily jobs & data loads as a secondary
role.
· Provide day-to-day support, tactical support & development, as
well as significant-sized strategic development.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Senior-level experience - Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF),
C# and SQL Server; some background in Visual Basic (VB6) would be helpful;
· Knowledge of Security & Account Master is crucial - - Trade
Delivery, Cash Management and Portfolio Accounting concepts important
· At least 15 years of Application Development experience with,
ideally, 10 years of Investment Management relevant experience is required.

Position Summary;

Client is looking for a Software Developer to create innovative solutions
for our investment areas. You will be working with data and research
departments, implementing a wide variety of applications, from research and
portfolio analysis to trade resolution. You will work with all areas of the
investment process, including research, portfolio construction and
optimization, pre and post trade analytics, trading, middle and back office.

This is a new role and is mostly a support role vs. developing new quant
models at least initially, with the possibility to do some model development
work down the road depending on progress, ability and need.

Types of initial activities:

· Writing code to interface to various applications such as SQL
Server, .NET, Java, and Microsoft Excel
· Testing the validity of models if a model fails to run correctly
· Installation of MATLAB (32-bit and 64-bit) and ensuring that
MATLAB works correctly with libraries

Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with business users, research analysts, portfolio
managers and traders to identify areas where technology could be leveraged
to enhance the investment process and achieve superior results.
· Propose and design technical solutions
· Implement applications based on the solutions proposed and work
closely with users to test and integrate the applications into the current
