Listed below are next week'supcoming networking events. All meetings are open to the public, plus you arewelcome and strongly encouraged to attend. Try going to at least one or twomeetings a week, what you learn there will definitely help shorten your time intransition. Also, many of these groups convene in the evening, so it will nottake time away from your daily job search activities.

Think of these meetings asopportunities, sort of like going to school, to learn something that can reduceyour time in transition by gaining knowledge in job search and interviewingskills needed to excel and standout from your competition.

In traveling to these meetings,consider car pooling. Not only will it reduce the cost of driving there, butthe friendly conversation will make the ride seem to go much faster.

In the event of snow or inclementweather, please check with the meeting organizer if the presentation will becanceled or postponed before traveling there. Your safety is important! Pleaserely on your best judgment before venturing out on slippery roads.

Objective:
To enable accurate and complete reporting from a single or unique source of data, by developing policies for input of the same. This objective holds true for all critical applications as determined by DOC; nevertheless the emphasis is on iTag, which is our Inmate Management system.

The problem we seek to eliminate is that personnel are not entering data or entering it incorrectly. Hence the Reports for management are .manually compiled and are incorrect due to various definitions.

So to repeat, DOC needs to understand the organizational structure, definitions of fields, determine whose responsibility it is to enter data and their reporting structure; and hence write Internal Management Policies (IMPs) that codify data entry responsibilities. This will enable reports and KPI generations from one source; iTag.

Required:-
Experiences as a Business Analyst who has worked in formalizing Business processes and data entry - 10 Years
Experience developing and writing user manuals - 3 years
Excellent verbal and writing skills

Position Responsibilities - Summary

The QMC team is seeking a Lead QA engineer to be an integral member of the
QA team responsible for leading the testing efforts for the Client Facing
Team suite of applications.

Detailed Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute testing strategy based on the application
requirements, leading to the analysis, design, documentation and execution
of the test cases for the suite of applications

* Drive testing automation, scripting and regression testing

Required Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate must have expertise in QA, excellent leadership and
communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple QA tracks.

Specific requirements include:

* Seven plus years experience as a QA engineer and three plus years
experience in leading a QA team on complex projects

* Expertise with all aspects of testing, including functional,
structural, regression, load and performance testing

* Expertise with QA tools such as QC, QTP and Load runner

* Experience working on high-volume transaction applications

* Ability to manage a team of offshore and onshore-based vendor QA
teams

* Knowledge of the Agile development and project management
processes

* Ability to diagnose and identify performance and stability issues
