familiarity with many technologies with strong people and process skills.
This balance between superb technology strength, interpersonal communication
skills and process ability is a fundamental requirement. The appropriate

talented and creative professionals and they work very hard at retaining
their employee's long term.

* There is little internal politics. Most of the time is spent
working on specific, relevant issues or in moving the infrastructure
forward.

* This is not a "siloed" environment. You will be involved in data
networking, voice, security and market data services.

* This is both a technical and managerial role.

* The successful candidate can expect to have regular interaction
with the highest levels of management.

* Beyond management of the 7 team members and interaction with the
architectural and development teams, there is additional responsibility for
working with vendors and carriers; managing contracts and SLA's.
