Below is the job description
IT Quality Consultant - testing for new systems and/or enhancements with a focus on both manual and/or automated testing tools, test script and test plan creation and maintenance, defect tracking and reporting.
 
Responsibilities include:
• Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases projects
• Ability to write test cases and execute testing
• Product test and driving defect resolution
• Assist business users in defining User Acceptance Testing, test cases and plans
• Establish and maintain test cases and test data
• Create and maintain test cases in Quality Center
• Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance
• Work with business users, system analysts, designers and programmers to create and analyze various required project documents
• Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating system quality
• Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects
• Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within Information Technology software
• Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within information Technology software
• Comply with standards and strategies of the software development life cycle
• Design and develop detailed test cases from complex business requirements
• Prepare test data to support test cases
• Execute test cases
• Record and prioritize test defects
• Troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing; triage and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with Release Manager to ensure environments contain proper code release and data for testing
• Communicate testing status and escalate testing issues to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with PM on matters of test data and test plans to maximize efficiency across test phases
• Work with PM and Business to select/create test scenarios from user stories for User Acceptance Testing
• Support UAT testing execution, data requirements, and defect resolution
• Ability to travel to customer and client sites. (East Coast)

Title: Senior Fund Accountant (969-001-111)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Summary/Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of general ledger, financial statements and investor capital accounts
Preparation and review of capital call notices, capital distribution notices and related calculations
Preparation and review of partnership calculations including subsequent closes, management fees, distribution waterfalls and partner allocations
Management of year end audit processes and tax service providers
Delivery of fund documents and reports to investors
Maintenance of all investor contact information and wire payment information
Resolution of investor queries
Preparation and review of payment of fund expenses
Interact daily with clients and fund counterparties, addressing any issues and concerns

Requirements:
A University degree in Business preferably majoring in Accountancy or another financial related program
CPA or similar professional accounting designation strongly preferred
2+ years�relevant accounting experience in one of the following areas: Public Accounting, Fund Administration, or have worked directly for a Private Equity Fund
Extensive experience in the preparation of financial statements for audit
Experience working with Small Business Investment Companies preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be prepared to work extended hours and public holidays as required
