1 Description
Pharmaceutical and Legacy Pharmaceutical have are engaged in activities designed
to integrate the two organizations. One component of these efforts is the
integration of people, process and technology for the clinical pharmacologist
(analysts of clinical data)
The integration programs utilize an established PM framework based upon PMI. All
projects have a project owner, project steering board and executive sponsor to
provide governance. Each project Phases (Business Requirements, Design,
Deployment, Testing, Handover, Decommission) must be signed off on by the
project steering board.
Responsibilities
a) Understand, document and prioritise business requirements across affected
business areas.
b) Work with business owners and delivery workstreams to develop optimal
solutions.
c) Develop complete and accurate business models including process, data and
organisation as required
d) Work with business owners from affected business areas to understand current
processes and to document and prioritise requirements.
e) Work with delivery workstreams to communicate business objectives and
requirements, make decisions on delivery options and produce delivery costs and
timescales.
f) Work with project manager/s to plan analysis work and highlight risks and
issues.
g) Work with the business owners to define acceptance criteria.
h) Develop Acceptance test plans and business models incorporating process and
data models
i) Provide input into Project Manager's weekly reports on progress against
milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
j) Assist Project Managers in the following areas:
o Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate
o Create Project documentation as appropriate (utilizing templates as a base)
? Project Management Plan
? Business Requirements
? Solution Design
? Test plans and approach
? Deployment document
? Handover
? Lessons Learned
? Project RAID log
? Project status report
o Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors - Prepare
status reports as scheduled
o Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
o Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
o Assures adherence to internal technical review processes and current technical
standards and strategic direction

Experience in managing documents into a structured schema that fits the unique
nature of the pharmacology business Medium to High
Ability to understand business needs based on conversation with clients –
interpret activity to business requirements Medium to High
Ability to organize discovery data to provide effective gap analysis Medium
Release methodology similar to ITIL (engineering testing, alpha, beta pilots,
