This is accomplished by applying or ensuring the application of a standard, defined methodology to the project, and providing the leadership skills necessary to control the execution of the project tasks. The project manager is responsible for delivering several key project artifacts and shares responsibility and accountability with the project leadership team for the successful delivery of the entire project. Key Responsibilities Owns end-to-end project management from project initiation to the project rollout Overall responsibility for the resource plan, project plan, timeline and budget. Manages project scope to achieve expected deliverables - on time and within budget. Processes change control when necessary. Adapts project deliverables based upon business requirements/new information as it becomes available during the project. Responsible for executive and overall project status reporting. Communicates with all levels of management and to all stakeholders.
