8 Experience in project management, including project management tools/techniques/methods and project change control policies and procedures
8 Experience reviewing project management documents within a quality management system
6 Experience with project change control policies and procedures and project management tools/techniques/methods
6 Experience designing, leading, and conducting quality reviews of program/project management processes and deliverables, communicate findings, make recommendations, and implement quality-based improvements
6 Experience in program/project assurance role and functions as a central source of knowledge on project deliverables and standards
6 Experience with business transformation principles – people, processes, and technology - backed by extensive knowledge of IT-enabled change and benefits delivery
6 Experience working on projects where analysis of deliverables requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Strong Data gathering, analytical, and problem solving skills
Strong Knowledge of logistics, resource planning, and material management
Strong Planning and organization skills, with flexibility for changes in work priorities, and ability to demonstrate initiative and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations
Strong Experience exercising judgment within defined practices and policies to determine appropriate action to be taken
Strong Ability to work with little to no instruction for routine work and general instruction for new assignments
Strong Ability to collaborate with consultant teams
Strong Excellent communication facilitation and presentation (written and oral) and negotiating skills
Degree Bachelor's degree, preferably in mathematics, business, finance, computer science, or information systems

Preferences:
 Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI)
Certification Certified Quality Manager (CQM) –or– Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
6 Experience working with Department of Transportation regulations in Texas or another state
