Ability to use simulation tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, SysCalc and Sonnet, and design into multiple foundries/processes. Experience supporting suppliers on new technology developments related to circuits and systems for radar applications Experience with design and layout in a variety of MMIC substrate materials including GaAs, GaN and organic and ceramic Module materials. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required. Proven ability to effectively prepare and present program status to senior technical, financial management personnel and the customer. Ability to plan, budget and manage T/R Module and MMIC development efforts including support of new business proposals, developing schedules and budget, tracking progress and identifying personnel and equipment needs. Candidate must also be capable of presenting highly technical information to customer communities in a clear, concise format that can be easily understood even by those without expertise in the T/R Module and MMIC domain.
