Will conduct daily meetings with the Program Managers to find out where they are with each of their projects. They will sit with the business community to find out what reqs are outstanding and they will police all IT projects overall to make sure that timelines are being met and to ensure a smooth delivery of new products. Needs someone he can groom into a Sr. role in time. This person is going to work VERY closely with the CTO and will serve as his right hand person. The more that this person can take off of his plate from a day to day project management perspective, the better. Experience with PHP, Asp.Net or Java are a plus.
