Multiple Projects (small, medium, large) - mostly Integration/ Scalability
related Projects.
Job Duties:
Develop solid relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to
ensure that business needs are fully understood and IT solutions are fully
aligned to meet the stated business needs
Assess, define, negotiate and document project scope, system impacts and
project rough order estimation
Analyze, understand and document business scenarios
Spearhead the development of process flows and diagrams necessary to assist
the initial business case requirements gathering and system impact
assessment process
Perform thorough high level requirement interviews with project Business and
IT stakeholders
Create system/process flow diagrams necessary for business understanding of
IT Applications
Lead program-level business system analysis projects, feasibility studies,
competitive analysis and business cases
Analysis and Architecture skills to assess solutions from an overall
Enterprise strategic perspective versus tactical perspectives
System design concepts and high level design creation
Document initial project issues, risks, assumptions and requirements as they
pertain to the project business case
Deliver status and time tracking regularly to management
Develop a work plan to ensure work flow success
Organize and facilitate large cross functional meetings
Promote consensus on a high level view of the project
Problem solve and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve
issues
Skills:
PBM or HealthCare Industry (Payer side, NOT Provider side)
Technical Architecture / Solution experience in PBM or HealthCare Industry
Business Analysis experience in PBM or HealthCare Industry

This position is accountable for the general oversight of multiple Information Technology projects within a division, or for cross-divisional projects, that may vary in complexity and duration. This position will adhere to guidelines and processes to ensure that divisional objectives correlate with enterprise initiatives through communication and collaboration with the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
Provides day-to-day coaching and support to the EPMO Project Coaches and divisional project management staff in support of enterprise project management information systems, tools and templates to ensure alignment of technology solutions to Horizon Project Management Life Cycle.
Skills:
• Broad IT SDLC knowledge and high technical expertise across all technology architectures, devices, and protocols
• Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors and vendors; ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives
• Proficient in managing and developing relationships with multiple technical vendors
• Strong leadership and management skills
