The VP Institutional Sales independently solicits new business from new and existing Registered Investment Advisor relationships as well as brokers in transition.
Responsibilities:
- Independently solicit and procure new business from advisors managing $75 million or more in assets under management.
- Promote, sell and secure assets from new and existing advisor relationships.
- Activity to include but not limited to: making cold calls, meeting with existing and prospective clients, attending industry trade shows and events.
- Clearly communicates the features and benefits of company products, services and platform offering to attract and retain assets.
- Meet minimum sales targets and activity metrics consistent with the business plan for the assigned territory.
- Understands the features and benefits of the company products, services and platform offering.
- Understands the investment advisor business and keeps current with industry and market developments.
- Penetrates the regional market, familiarizing established accounts with new products, services and developments.
- Understands relevant applications, resources, policies, markets rules and regulations.
- Successfully qualifies and profiles prospects to generate new opportunities, effectively identifying and aligning with advisor needs.
- Challenges and probes to introduce alternative products, services and investment options.

Responsibilities include: · Administration, setup and utilization of Pipkins WFM software and ACD reporting.· Developing, improving and managing forecasting and resource planning processes as well as real-time intraday management.· Ensure optimal forecasting for outsource partners and internal call centers.· Lead implementation of processes, other WFM and call center initiatives.· Primary contact for IT/telecom for ACD, call routing and WFM.· Collecting, analyzing and reporting historical call center performance statistics.· Manage long-term forecast and lead monthly plan/budget meetings.· Coordinate training meetings.· Ability to work a weekend schedule when required.
