General Summary/Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all operational support, personnel and administrative for Cash Management, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Derivative, and Securities trading activity (i.e. transaction input, verification, positioning, reconciliation, settlements).
 
Duties:
§         Supervisory Responsibility (Operational, Personnel, Administrative) for dept. staff.
§         Process and maintain Trading products including Money Market trades (USD and Foreign Currencies Deposits and Placements), Futures, Options, Interest rate Swaps, Forward Rate agreements, Foreign Exchange Spot and Forwards
§         Process and maintain domestic and international Securities trades ( ABS, CD Issued, CD Purchases, Corporate Notes, Bonds and sales of all products ).
§         Maintain and Reconcile Bank's USD cash position with dealing room.
§         Ensure all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with the Treasury Operations and Cash Management processing procedure manuals. Also amend as needed.
§         Monitor USD and Foreign reconciliations to ensure timely resolution of open items.
§         Back-up the following key departmental staff in their absence:
a)      Assume duties of FX/CM Manager in his/her absence.
b)      Perform OFAC reconciliation between PRIME and banking applications.
c)      Depending upon agenda in Management Information and System committee meetings, representative for the Operations Department.  
§         Verify end of day settlement transfers for branches.
§         Verify and release payment messages. Prepare manual payments as needed.
§         Liaison with external clients and internally between departments.
§         Monitor OFAC application for violations and approve all false/positives.
§         Ensure all transactions are in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and various other regulatory requirements. Alert management of any violations or suspicions.
§         Ensure and Sign off on the monthly broker invoices for accuracy before payment execution by the accounting department
§         Monitor treasury's adherence to Head Office instructions and branch policy regarding unacceptable trading practices (broker points, switches, historical rate rollovers, etc.)
§         Develop and educate staff as needed. Provide continuous training to all related staff.
§         Supervise staff members in day to day operations for the above and provide coverage when needed.
§         Work on projects as needed
§         Perform related duties as assigned.
 
 
Experience or Educational Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in Money Market and Foreign Exchange processing; department management.
Knowledge of Money Market Instruments.
Knowledge of  Cash Management Products ( ACH, Lockbox, Control Disbursement etc…)
Strong Knowledge of regulations and compliance program including BSA and Patriot act.
MIDAS+ experience required.
Understanding of CHIPS/Fed Wire/Reuters.
Strong attention to details.
Team player, good communication and math skills, ability to work under stress and work overtime when necessary.

Position Summary
The Program Manager will be a member of Sales CRM Technology that is responsible for the development and support of CRM / Event Management applications.  Sales CRM Technology is part of the Sales, Research, and Capital Markets (SRCM) organization under Global Markets and Research Technology (GMRT).  Primary responsibilities will include:

Program Management
Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery.
Manages multiple projects or a single major project that have significant impact on a line of business or a support function.
Develop and maintain project materials and maintains project documentation.
Defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact on the organization. Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions.
Establishes project tasks, timelines and budgets and effectively manages them.
Assists in defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact on the organization.
Responsible for day to day supervision for a small team of associates.
Project Management− Work closely with the SRCM Development Teams, Management Team, Infrastructure Management, and our partners across GMRT and ET&D.
Communications – Actively involved in the key communications for these strategic initiatives, including facilitating program calls, providing management updates, and driving the implementation schedules.   
 
 

Key Selection Criteria
The program manager must:

Possess 4-6 years of professional experience within the financial services industry, including 2-4 years focused on program management. 
Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, and be very capable with financial analysis and productivity tools such as Excel.  Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills are also essential.
Have several years of practical, hands-on experience as a project manager, and therefore have insight into how to improve processes around project management.
Be able to interact comfortably with and gain the confidence of senior managers.  Candidate must put people at ease when necessary and instill a high degree of trust quickly and genuinely.
Function effectively in cross-functional teams to ensure that critical work is owned and completed in a timely manner.  In general, candidate must aptly manage day-to-day interactions and relationships with a diverse group of colleagues.

Job Summary:

The Helpdesk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service by providing direct IT support to end users by coordinating the daily work of the Helpdesk. The Helpdesk supervisor will possess a technical background, excellent communication skills as well as knowledge of IT infrastructure LAN/WAN platforms, ISP provisioning, configuration and monitoring, helpdesk support, tech writing and other related disciplines. The Supervisor will perform basic setup, support and troubleshooting of stand-alone and network computers, software and peripherals.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the Helpdesk support staff by defining and establishing schedules, setting priorities, providing support/direction and dealing with administrative issues as needed.
* Work within the organization to promote excellent customer service, effective response times and provide expert insight into general support issues. Enforce quality of service guidelines for dealing with customers, completing services and overall customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that staff provides timely and courteous customer service to end users by fielding Helpdesk calls and resolving technical issues.
* Create user accounts and manage access control based on company policies.
* Responsible for leading the Helpdesk in engaging in more proactive planning and support and organizing the Helpdesk to be flexible and adaptable in meeting the changing needs of the organization.
* Responsible for leading the Helpdesk in providing basic end-user technical support including, but not limited to, virus/spyware removal/detection, configuring hardware, performing hardware/software installations, troubleshooting and correcting H/W and S/W problems and resolving day-to-day system problems in data, voice and video networks.
* Analyze and identify trends in issue reporting and develop preventative solutions.
* Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives under direction of Infrastructure Manager.
* Escalate issues appropriately, keeping manager informed throughout resolution process.
* Train users in local area network, application and videoconferencing usage.
* Ensure adherence to defined policies and procedures. Create and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, regulatory or development, as appropriate.
* Set goals and objectives for Helpdesk support staff and perform annual performance reviews.
* Identify team training needs and oversee team development plan.
* Engage in formal and informal knowledge transfer.
* Other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred; Certification and/or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
* 5+ years experience supporting software and hardware in an Information Technology department with at least 3 years working in a 24x7 environment.
* Minimum 2 years experience supervising a Call Center/Helpdesk.
* Experience installing and supporting Windows 7, XP and Vista, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, PC deployment, anti-virus management, remote user networking and support, VPN, TCP/IP troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of IT Infrastructure LAN/WAN platforms.
* Experience in TELCO is highly preferred.

General Summary/Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all operational support, personnel and administrative for Cash Management, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Derivative, and Securities trading activity (i.e. transaction input, verification, positioning, reconciliation, settlements).
 
Duties:
§         Supervisory Responsibility (Operational, Personnel, Administrative) for dept. staff.
§         Process and maintain Trading products including Money Market trades (USD and Foreign Currencies Deposits and Placements), Futures, Options, Interest rate Swaps, Forward Rate agreements, Foreign Exchange Spot and Forwards
§         Process and maintain domestic and international Securities trades ( ABS, CD Issued, CD Purchases, Corporate Notes, Bonds and sales of all products ).
§         Maintain and Reconcile Bank's USD cash position with dealing room.
§         Ensure all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with the Treasury Operations and Cash Management processing procedure manuals. Also amend as needed.
§         Monitor USD and Foreign reconciliations to ensure timely resolution of open items.
§         Back-up the following key departmental staff in their absence:
a)      Assume duties of FX/CM Manager in his/her absence.
b)      Perform OFAC reconciliation between PRIME and banking applications.
c)      Depending upon agenda in Management Information and System committee meetings, representative for the Operations Department.  
§         Verify end of day settlement transfers for branches.
§         Verify and release payment messages. Prepare manual payments as needed.
§         Liaison with external clients and internally between departments.
§         Monitor OFAC application for violations and approve all false/positives.
§         Ensure all transactions are in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and various other regulatory requirements. Alert management of any violations or suspicions.
§         Ensure and Sign off on the monthly broker invoices for accuracy before payment execution by the accounting department
§         Monitor treasury's adherence to Head Office instructions and branch policy regarding unacceptable trading practices (broker points, switches, historical rate rollovers, etc.)
§         Develop and educate staff as needed. Provide continuous training to all related staff.
§         Supervise staff members in day to day operations for the above and provide coverage when needed.
§         Work on projects as needed
§         Perform related duties as assigned.
 
 
Experience or Educational Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in Money Market and Foreign Exchange processing; department management.
Knowledge of Money Market Instruments.
Knowledge of  Cash Management Products ( ACH, Lockbox, Control Disbursement etc…)
Strong Knowledge of regulations and compliance program including BSA and Patriot act.
MIDAS+ experience required.
Understanding of CHIPS/Fed Wire/Reuters.
Strong attention to details.
Team player, good communication and math skills, ability to work under stress and work overtime when necessary.

Position Summary
The Program Manager will be a member of Sales CRM Technology that is responsible for the development and support of CRM / Event Management applications.  Sales CRM Technology is part of the Sales, Research, and Capital Markets (SRCM) organization under Global Markets and Research Technology (GMRT).  Primary responsibilities will include:

Program Management
Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery.
Manages multiple projects or a single major project that have significant impact on a line of business or a support function.
Develop and maintain project materials and maintains project documentation.
Defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact on the organization. Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions.
Establishes project tasks, timelines and budgets and effectively manages them.
Assists in defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact on the organization.
Responsible for day to day supervision for a small team of associates.
Project Management− Work closely with the SRCM Development Teams, Management Team, Infrastructure Management, and our partners across GMRT and ET&D.
Communications – Actively involved in the key communications for these strategic initiatives, including facilitating program calls, providing management updates, and driving the implementation schedules.   
 
 

Key Selection Criteria
The program manager must:

Possess 4-6 years of professional experience within the financial services industry, including 2-4 years focused on program management. 
Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, and be very capable with financial analysis and productivity tools such as Excel.  Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills are also essential.
Have several years of practical, hands-on experience as a project manager, and therefore have insight into how to improve processes around project management.
Be able to interact comfortably with and gain the confidence of senior managers.  Candidate must put people at ease when necessary and instill a high degree of trust quickly and genuinely.
Function effectively in cross-functional teams to ensure that critical work is owned and completed in a timely manner.  In general, candidate must aptly manage day-to-day interactions and relationships with a diverse group of colleagues.
