 I just wanted to send out a position that just came in today with a client of ours for a Partner / AP / Principal with a Finance Transformation (not business transformation) background, specializing in the Industrial sector including automotive, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, energy, utilities, electronics, basically anything that has a factory or a smoke stack. This person will be responsible for business development and delivery of Finance Transformation engagements into those industries. 50% of the time will be focused on Business Development, the other 50% will be focused on being billable delivering CFO advisory services including Finance Operations, Finance Process, Finance organization and Finance Technology transformation engagements.  The Compensation target on this is in the $425K + range with uncapped earning potential.  I wanted to network with you and see if you know of anyone who would be a good fit for this role. PARTNER / ASSOCIATE PARTNER - FINANCE TRANSFORMATION PRACTICE
Location: Can be based anywhere in the US

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of current experience selling AND delivering Finance Transformation engagements into external customers
8+ years of current experience being billable on Finance Transformation Engagements
5+ years of current experience involved in business development and /or sales of Finance Transformation engagements into companies in the Industrial sector including Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, Electronics, Chemical, Petroleum, Oil/ Gas, automotive, or anything with a smoke stack!
Track record of being involved in closing at least $2M in new business annually for the last 4 years
Prior experience working for a top tier, big 4 or boutique firm that specializes in delivering Finance Transformation engagements

· Strong knowledge of order management systems (OMS), Financial
Information eXchange protocol (FIX), electronic trading practices and
markets

Position Responsibilities - Summary
The Trading team is seeking three Senior Software Engineers to be an
integral member of the development team responsible for developing the
firm's next generation Trading System. They are seeking Engineers to focus
in one of the three following areas: Equity Trading, Fixed Income Trading
and FIX Engineering.

Responsibilities:

· Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support of the
Trading platform including Equity, Fixed Income or FIX related applications
within the Trading suite of applications.

· Partner with Business Analysts to review and implement business
requirements

· Partner with Project Managers, Technical and QA Leads on
estimates, statuses, identify issues and raise risks

· Partner with the Architecture team to ensure track work is aligned
with the strategic direction of the enterprise

· Stay current with evolving Trading industry and technical trends
to ensure systems and team are of highest caliber

Required Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and proven
ability to design and deliver solutions relevant to complex business
problems.

Specific requirements include: (In this order of importance):

· Five plus years in systems development using Java and J2EE

· Strong knowledge and experience with message technologies (e.g.
JMS)

· Strong knowledge and experience with multi-threaded applications

· Strong knowledge and experience with frameworks (e.g. Spring)

· Experience developing high performance Trading applications is a
plus

· Strong analysis, design and modeling skills

· Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies and
their effective application

· Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment supporting a business-critical production
environment

· UI Development experience would be considered a strong plus

· Computer Science degree or related field

- Provide technical support to supported sites.
- - Provide information to Legal as requested.
- Provide second tier user support.
- Provide monthly status reports IT Security Team Leader.
- Manage and participate in special projects as requested or required.
- Establishes compliance to policies and procedures by ensuring that the
user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures that
maintains the security of their computer and its compliance to the
Enterprise standards. Recognizes and identifies potential areas where
existing data security policies and procedures require change, or where new
ones need to be developed. Weigh business needs against security concerns
and articulates potential or identified issues to management.

- Create, modify, delete, and maintain AD and Lotus Notes ID's and
supported sites in accordance with current policies and procedures for
Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
- Maintain (create, modify, delete) AD global and local groups. Conducts
evaluation of the level of security required for each request dependent
upon current network environment. Ensures correct access permissions are in
place and Enterprise servers. Ensures that all access granted has necessary
approvals by data owners. Manage temporary employees expiring accounts on a
weekly basis.
- Verify an approved consulting agreement is in place prior to creating
user id's for Consultants.
- Responsible for maintaining login scripts with accurate information in an
ever-changing environment.
- Maintenance of computer accounts on the domain by running a script
monthly to identify inactive accounts that are older than 60 days.
- Assist the Networking group with data migrations when requested.
Responsible for the management of Administrative rights to local systems to
maintain compliance with Audit. Maintain approvals via Lotus Notes
database. Run bi-monthly reports to verify recipients of administrative
rights and remove access deemed appropriate. Requires ability to discern
desired requests versus business need for requiring such access.

*SAP responsibilities:*
- Create SAP Enrollments for FL and supported sites requesting new IDs,
deletion or modification of IDs. Manage all SAP Enrollments via Lotus Notes
database for Production Systems.Act as a liaison to Enterprise SAP Security
for SAP IDs utilized on the FL campus and other supported sites.
- Become knowledgeable of all SAP profiles and roles used in FL and
supported sites.
- Run bi-weekly reports in SAP in PR1 to identify people sharing ID's and
act in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
- Maintain all SAP training via a Lotus Notes database in accordance with
existing policies and procedures for audit compliance.
- Ability to identify training needed with corresponding profiles requested
in accordance with SAP Security policies.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley segregation of duties with all
requests.
- Responsible for verifying approved signing authority authorizations to
corresponding SAP RTP/Approver requests.
- Maintain Super user listing for FL Campus. Ensure all new super users are
properly trained as Super Users.
- Assist Super Users with training activities surrounding SAP enrollments.
- Periodically assist Process Owners with realigning profiles as it
pertains to roles.

*AS400 responsibilities*:
- Run queries against all AS/400s and review data with Management. During
review, identify ID's and system files requiring attention in accordance
with criteria established. Purpose is to establish compliance with existing
polices and procedures for reporting to Audit
