Project Description: The SharePoint Administrator will be part of a project team responsible for planning and executing the extraction and migration of select content from multiple SharePoint environments. The resource will work closely with the Infrastructure and Applications groups to ensure that the extraction is completed successfully without impact to the SharePoint environment and the user community. The resource will also be responsible for applying new branding graphics, colors and layouts to remaining sites and pages as needed. The resource will also be responsible for understanding and documenting the configuration of the SharePoint environments, as well as all processes and activities associated with maintenance, administration and end-user support.
 
Responsibilities:
- Participate in planning meetings to develop the migration approach.
- Identify and communicate any concerns or issues related to the execution of the plan.
- Provide oversight to ensure proper execution of migration activities following change management processes.
- Modify site templates, pages, code and graphics as needed to incorporate branding changes.
- Understand and document the setup of the SharePoint environments, including infrastructure, installation and configuration parameters.
- Understand and document all maintenance and administration processes associated with the SharePoint environments, including the server farm, scheduled backups and security management.
- Understand and document all processes for managing site collections, templates, master pages and customizations.
- Understand and document all customizations and integrations deployed on the SharePoint environment, including all third-party web-parts.
- Understand and document end-user support processes and tasks.
 
Requirements:
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007, including installation, configuration, maintenance and administration of the server farm, site collections, backup/recovery tasks, etc.
- Intimate knowledge of SharePoint administration, templates, customization, master pages, content stores, web parts, site collections, security and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience working with Web front ends, IIS, Windows Server 2003/2008 and SQL Server in a SharePoint environment.
- Strong experience working with SharePoint Designer to build and modify SharePoint sites and pages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a global and distributed team environment.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft server technologies are a plus.
 
This 4+ month position starts ASAP.

This person must come from an Avaya background. This is for the Enterprise Level VoIP Engineer role. Job Description:

This is a Field Technician position, supporting the Company's install base.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the programming and repair of a Avaya VoIP and Unified Communications Systems, peripheral voice equipment, Voice Mail, Call Accounting, Paging Systems.
• Manage the daily completion of all PBX voicemail and miscellaneous voice requests ensuring department service levels are maintained.
• Identify issues/concerns with telecommunication carriers and service providers to ensure telecommunication systems and circuits maintain optimal performance.
• Provide technical assistance within the department.
• Perform all work related to moves, adds and change requests.
• Ensure completion of all projects in a timely manner with supportive documentation.
• Must be able to travel to other locations to provide implementation and support as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years applied experience within the telecom industry with specific expertise in voice engineering.
• Candidate must have effective written and verbal skills and the ability to implement sound customer service techniques.
• Candidate must have the ability to handle isolation and resolution of PBX, paging, DTI/PRI trunk and POTS outages.
• Coordinate and assist with moves, adds, and changes of hardware and software to PBX, Centrex and associated equipment.(Experience with in-house wiring cables feeds as well as outside plant wiring principals, is required.)
• Experience supporting Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) configurations is required. Call center support and experience is a plus.
• Able to operate independently and build good relationships.
• Certifications on any Avaya PBX Platform and associated equipment is a plus.

HR Project Manager/ Sr. Analyst
The Senior HRIS Analyst is a senior-level position within the HRIS structure. This position partners with HR Directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The Senior HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position requires strong knowledge of Lawson's Human Resources Module and will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
1. System Maintenance (% of time: 5)
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRMS system tables. Document process and results.
2. Production Support (% of time: 15)
Provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
3. Projects/Process Improvement (% of time: 60)

Education/Certifications

Hi Everyone,
 
We have an immediate need in Princeton, NJ for one of our primary clients in the Pharmaceutical industry. We are seeking a Project Manager with Human Resources experience who preferably comes out of a large pharmaceutical corporation. This is a 12+ Month contract assignment and is an immediate need!

Candidate must have excellent project management skills including a diverse background in human resources. 
Candidate must hold a BA degree or must have a great experience in the required field

Job Description:

Essential Functions
• Project Planning, Communication, Management and Tracking
• Supports the head and senior team in the identification of business-aligned key projects and priorities.
• Assists in the development, execution and tracking of Project Charters and Plans design to advance key priorities utilizing standard HR processes, tools and technology to ensure aligned, timely updates and reporting.
• Ensures all project-related documents are clear, actionable and aligned with business and departmental priorities.
• Ensures timely tracking and reporting on key milestone and objective progress to date, including proactive identification of issues.
• Communicates with all related project partners and stakeholders.
• Prepares project updates and timely communications for key stakeholders per unit head (e.g., HRLT, ET, functional PPT presentations, spreadsheets, e-mails, intranet project site enhancements, etc.)
• Serves as departmental Project Management subject matter expert and guides staff to best practices and provides assistance with departmental and individual workload and resourcing issues.
• Ensures all legacy project-related information and plans are organized, easy to reference and sustainable.
• Supports the planning and successful execution of client department-wide meetings.
• Process Improvement/cLean®
• Supports the development of related processes, guidelines and tools to advance projects and priorities.
• Helps facilitate intra-departmental, cross-team communication and sharing of best practices.
• Implements department-related cLean® processes/efforts.
• Proactively identifies improvement opportunities, potential roadblocks, and provides options, input, innovative suggestions to the head of department and the senior team.
• Department Metrics
• Assists in gathering qualitative/quantitative data related to key priorities and projects.
• Maintains, updates and recommends enhancements to the departmental metrics dashboard and balanced scorecard.
• Collaborates with and supports vendor management processes.
• Budgeting
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensures expenses are accurately forecasted, controlled and modified in alignment with the department budget.
• Supports the head of department in the budget-review process (RE/AB).
 
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative/project coordination/project management/HR experience. Relevant Corporate Communications experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail orientation, organization, planning and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter. Works independently and collaboratively in pursuing project work and developing recommendations.
• Proven track record of delivering results on time and supporting a senior level team.
• Strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills. Ability to gather, analyze data, determine key issues and make recommendations that reflect a solid understanding of the larger business context and the objectives and strategies of the organization.
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• cLEAN® and/or Six Sigma background a plus.
