NYC Company is looking for 2 Web Application Programmers with strong hands on programming experience in a college, educational or publishing environment using ASP.Net/C#/SQL or PHP/MySQL. Experience with LMS or CMS experience is a huge plus. Need to have strong exp. in server configurations, installation scripts and digital data transfers. Must have worked with SQL data, database models and schemas. Must also be strong in stored procedures and SQL queries and have worked with SQL Server 2005 and 2008. All spots are on the s/w application side. Will also work on large websites, server administration, database queries, process flows, and application security patches and issues. Will deploy code and troubleshoot application crashes. Must be able to analyze software and customer types of application issues in a 24/7 digital production environment. Job Description
Your role will be to lead a Project Management team, typically consisting of a mix of Project Managers and Senior Project Manager. You will have a direct reporting line into the Global Director of PMO & Strategic Projects for MS GPD.
You will work closely with the heads of other departments such as Development, QA and Product Management, to ensure the smooth running and delivery of Programmes and Projects within Experian Cheetahmail US.

HR Project Manager/ Sr. Analyst
The Senior HRIS Analyst is a senior-level position within the HRIS structure. This position partners with HR Directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The Senior HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position requires strong knowledge of Lawson's Human Resources Module and will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
1. System Maintenance (% of time: 5)
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRMS system tables. Document process and results.
2. Production Support (% of time: 15)
Provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
3. Projects/Process Improvement (% of time: 60)
Project Management: Apply change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities. Compare data from different sources to draw conclusions. Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develop appropriate solutions. Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences. Use this data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications. Utilize interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals. Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Understand and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
4. Reports/Queries (% of time: 10)
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
5. Training (% of time: 5)
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
6. Individual Development (% of time: 5)
Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences.
Education/Certifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred. PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP®) preferred.
Previous Work Experience
Five to eight years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience. Three to five years of project management experience. Systems implementation experience.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of Lawson's Human Capital Management Module including absence mgmt, ESS, MSS, Process flow setup, crystal report writing, LBI, Lawson Add-ins. Knowledge of Kronos a plus. Knowledge of organizational development, change management and quality principles. Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation. Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with other HRMS such as PeopleSoft and Kronos Time & Attendance modules a plus. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
