Position Summary
Masco Bath is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources who is responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources including ensuring the organization possesses the people, skills and capabilities to develop and execute the organization's mission and growth strategy. As a member of the senior leadership team, the incumbent will provide consultative support and counsel, and align business needs and Human Resources strategies to support the business.
The incumbent has overall responsibility for the Human Resources function including employee relations, leadership and employee development, leadership succession and organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, safety and health, change management, Human Resources communications, compensation and benefits. This position shares responsibility for business unit strategy and planning, and translating tactical business plans into Human Resources strategic and operational plans.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Participate in the development of Masco Bath's strategies, plans and programs with the executive leadership team, with particular focus on the impact on talent. Lead an HR Director and Manager of Safety.
· Responsible for providing Human Resources leadership in the following areas: talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, labor relations, employee training and leadership development, employee engagement, change management and process improvement.
· Partner with business unit leaders to develop strategic workforce plans and to contribute to business strategy development/key business decisions.
· Leverage Masco Shared Services to address and satisfy the strategic needs of the business and ensure that the business receives the necessary services, support, and communications from those centralized Human Resources groups.
· Oversee the performance management and compensation processes for Masco Bath, so that employees receive the feedback, motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.
· Ensure consistency, leverage and application of best Human Resources practices throughout Masco, where appropriate.
· Responsible for identifying gaps between current organizational capabilities, required competencies and skills, and the future strategic objectives of the organization.
· Development of the HR staff including an HR Director and a Safety Manager.
· Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with functional/operational leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the overall talent capability of the organization.

Experience and Qualifications

· 10 plus years of related experience, including success in leading a Human Resources function.
· Previous experience working with an executive team and with strategy development.
· Preference for those with manufacturing experience.
· Strong business acumen and talent development skills.
· Superior collaboration and communication skills with executive presence.
· Strong Planning, organizational and change management skills; also conflict management abilities.
· Demonstrated success developing and implementing Human Resource systems and programs.
Education
· BS/BA required in Human Resources, business or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Senior Technical Business Analyst                
Investment Bank Transaction Services  is a leading provider of cash management, treasury, trade, custody, clearing, agency and trust services. The IT Business Senior Analyst reports to the IT Business Analysis Manager and is responsible for the analysis of business requirement documents (BRD) and the production of Functional Specifications for large-scale, complex software development projects for Investment Bank's web-based cash management applications.  The role requires a business analysis professional with extensive experience eliInvestment Bankng requirements from business stakeholders and producing detailed functional specifications for development and QA teams.  Experience in a fast-paced investment banking environment will be highly regarded.  The team employs requirements analysis best practices including object-oriented analysis, UML and use cases. The team uses Blueprint Requirements Center and Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect software tools, in addition to traditional MS Office tools.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders through document analysis, interviews, topic meetings and other elicitation techniques
- Produce business process diagrams using BPMN or UML activity diagrams
- Produce data models using UML class diagrams / Entity-Relationship Diagrams
- Identify impacted system use cases, produce UML use case diagrams and write detailed system use cases
- Produce detailed UI specifications
- Use Blueprint Requirements Center and Sparx Enterprise Architect to document all requirements model elements
- Lead walkthrough of functional specifications with business and technology stakeholders

Essential skills and experience:
