Director of Marketing and Outreach
Objective:
Increase participation and fundraising to grow the annual gift to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Drive growth of ancillary income to offset expense ensuring 100% pass-through of rider raised revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage multi-channel marketing strategy and tactics in a highly collaborative and creative environment
* Develop key metrics, tracking and reporting tools for multiple marketing channels
* Prepare specific analytic deliverables, including reports, graphs, presentations, etc.
* Identify and leverage key constituent segments via web and Database Marketing
* Maximize Search Engine Marketing and Optimization Strategy (SEM & SEO)
* Strengthen Social Media presence, tools and communications program
* Manage communications for riders, alumni and volunteers to increase awareness, customer satisfaction and most importantly donations and merchandise
* Assist Executive Director and SVP of Operations in developing sponsorship opportunities
PMC's primary marketing and outreach is currently centered on pmc.org. The Director of Marketing and Outreach (DMO) will continually improve the PMC website to support and engage current and prospective sponsors, riders, volunteers and donors. They will utilize Content Management and Customer Relationship Management Systems to manage the website and communicate with constituents. The DMO will use web analytics to measure online engagement and effectiveness of marketing efforts. The DMO will continually improve web-based solutions to increase participant and donor engagement, grow fundraising revenues and auxiliary revenue i.e. the PMC store.
Requirements:

* Successful track record in developing integrated marketing strategies and executing detailed tactical plans
* Demonstrated experience, fluency and success in utilizing web-based and multi-channel marketing
* Proven ability to identify relevant website metrics and implement appropriate measurement, tracking and analytical tools tools
* Deep understanding of digital technologies and the intersection of social, mobile, tablets and fundraising.
* Fluency in social media marketing
* Strong written and communication skills
* Ability to work in a collaborative, matrix based work environment with resources constraints
* Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university.
The DMO reports to the Executive Director and SVP of Operations.

Skills details for Exchange Administrators: -Experience supporting users
in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange environments; -
Hands-on Active Directory Experience; - Familiarity with Exchange 2010 high
availability concepts – clustering, replication etc. -Responsible for
managing Exchange server roles that include client access servers, hub
transport servers and clustered mailbox servers -Support and understanding
of Exchange permissions and permission delegation troubleshooting
administration setup and configuration Management and operations
-Troubleshooting experience messaging servers and clients. -Hands-on MS
LYNC 2010 experience. - hands-on experience with the operations and
functionality of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES); Windows Server and
Microsoft Outlook. -Should be well versed with PowerShell scripting &
should be able to read and set system configuration using PowerShell scripts

The preferred candidates should possess excellent Cxchange/Notes
administrative skills, and understanding of Messaging (Email as a whole)
and have good oral and written communication skills. They must be a team
player who works well with technical and non-technical resources. They must
have the ability to take strategic direction from executive management.
They must take initiative and must have the ability to see tasks through to
completion without significant guidance. Responsible for deploying Various
servers. Will be responsible for assisting in corporate projects including
server builds, server rebuilds, server hardware refreshes, and server
migrations. Under direct supervision, assist in the maintaining the
integrity of the operating systems environment (Windows, Unix, Linux, Etc.)
Provide limited operations support, file restorations, back ups and problem
resolution for operating systems platforms. The OS, core products, and
layered products are installed based on product owner standards and
specifications defined in the Deployment build and procedure document. Will
work with project managers, product owners, and primary application owners
through the duration of the project and responsibility ends when the server
has been successfully turned over to the support organization. Will
add/delete user groups, configures printers and modifies configuration
files, creates and modifies user menus, manages mail service. Must have
good communication skills and must be willing to work a flexible schedule
to support system maintenance window changes, acceptance testing, and
go-live implementation activities. 5-7 years relevant work experience
required.
