· Advanced / deep knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. Oracle skills in
database design for data warehouses, dimensional modeling and relational
modeling preferably in Financial Services domain.

· Strong experience with ETL. Proven DataStage experience strongly
desired.

· Expertise in tuning report performance by optimizing data
structures.

· Proven ability to support multiple work streams simultaneously.

· Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal
supervision.

· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

· Overall 10+ years of relevant work experience.

· 5+ years of experience implementing Business Intelligence & Data
Warehousing solutions using Oracle BI / Siebel Analytics.

Keys to this Position:

1. We are seeking a Lead Engineer that has strong skills with Data
Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Ideally the candidate will have
strong OBIEE skills but we will also look at Cognos or other Business
Intelligence tools – Firm uses OBIEE.

2. The candidate will need to have a programming background with either
Java or .NET. The best candidate will have been a Java or .NET developer in
the past and then grew into the DW/BI space.

3. Excellent communications skills are required.

4. Strong Leadership skills are required. This individual will lead a team
of 10 consultants (4 onshore; 5/6 offshore).

6. Financial Services is strongly desired, but not required.
