Procurement Business Analyst
Job Description - External:
Regeneron is a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious medical conditions. In addition to ARCALYST (rilonacept) Injection for Subcutaneous Use, its first commercialized product, Regeneron has evaluated therapeutic candidates in Phase 3 clinical trials for the potential treatment of gout, diseases of the eye (wet age-related macular degeneration and central retinal vein occlusion), and certain cancers. Additional therapeutic candidates are in earlier stage development programs in rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory conditions, pain, cholesterol reduction, allergic and immune conditions, and cancer.

Descriptions:
Business Analyst with Oracle Procurement system knowledge. The candidate should be able to partner with business teams to document and streamline the overall procurement environment and build a successful business process.
Requirements:
* Experienced in Procurement functions
* Good understanding of Sourcing in iProcurement with strong knowledge in Oracle iSourcing. iSupplier Portal, Approved
Supplier Lists, Analytics, etc.
*Assist with Contracts Management system implementation
* Implement and manage Supplier Diversity Program cJ'S4
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and experience working with distributed project teams
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Visio
* Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills
* Ability to work within a team environment
* Highly detailed oriented with extensive excel, analytical and quantitative skills
* Successful demonstration of pro-actively identifying and communicating tasks and following-through; a self starter
Generate various reports including spend reports, e-catalog business, savings reports, item purchase reports, exception reports
Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required.
Skills:
Oracle ERP experience required
Good systems and analytical skills required Good communication skills required Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills required
Experience - External:
Education:
3-5 years relevant experience. Some industry experience desirable Bachelor's Degree in Business related field.

*Develop accurate operational and capital budgets, submitting them on time, monitoring expenses to assure budget compliance within = or -5% adjusted for volume, and explaining variances in budget to Administrator’s satisfaction within ten days of financial report.
