* Responsible for implementing mobile applications, which include evaluating designs, determining appropriate architectures, layout and styling controls, creating custom controls, wiring interactions, and tying client applications into back-end technologies.
* Create technical solutions according to interaction/visual specifications and client specific environment
* Experience with designing use case diagrams, business model diagrams and process flowcharts.
* Command an overall understanding of all business processes and workflows, as well as the technology aspects of the applications used to support those processes and workflows
* Research emerging technologies related to mobile applications, such as multi-modal user interfaces and predictive analytics.
* Assist with the development of Help Systems for the products
* Drive all aspects of the product implementation in order to meet requirements and deliver superior client service

* Possess domain and business knowledge in accounting, finance, and investment accounting is a plus.

Skills & Educational Requirements:
 
·        6+ years of commercial software development experience
·        Bachelors degree is required
·        Strong object-oriented development experience along with an understanding of the MVC pattern and its execution.
·        Experienced in the following areas: Objective-C, iOS SDK, RIM SDK, Android, Javascript, Java, HTML 5, CSS,  and Adobe Creative Suite
·        Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion
·        Experience in mobile development lifecycle.
·        Able to write and debug cross platform code that is suitable for mobile constraints.
·        Thorough knowledge of multi-threaded programming techniques
·        Efficient at working, but with a strong attention to detail
·        Must have effective interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to work productively with all levels
·        Must be able to effectively understand, define, and document the business and functional requirements
·        Results oriented, with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities

The role is based in Jersey City, NJ. It is 6 months with a very potential extension or if the person is really great , possible conversion to full time.
