| Job Description: A Major Bank with an office in Wilmington, Delaware is looking for an Audit Director who will be responsible to perform and manage advanced level professional work. Responsibilities: Develop the Audit Plan for Bank Operations. Manage the internal audit staff responsible for auditing bank operations. Provide major input to audit engagement, planning and fieldwork. Managing the implementation of audit procedures including but not limited to identifying and defining issues and oversee the identification of risk at the Bank. Assist in the planning, organizing, directing and monitoring of internal audit operations and will hire, train and evaluate the staff. Experience Required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional Certification in an audit related field such as CIA or CPA. 8 years experience at a large Financial Institution. 8 years experience in a supervisory position including experience managing audit engagements. Large Financial Services experience with a focus on operations is preferred. Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Salary Range is 150k-175k based on experience.
