Job Description:
A Major Bank with an office in Wilmington, Delaware is looking for an Audit Director who
will be responsible to perform and manage advanced level professional work.
Responsibilities:
Develop the Audit Plan for Bank Operations.
Manage the internal audit staff responsible for auditing bank operations.
Provide major input to audit engagement, planning and fieldwork.
Managing the implementation of audit procedures including but not limited to identifying
and defining issues and oversee the identification of risk at the Bank.
Assist in the planning, organizing, directing and monitoring of internal audit operations
and will hire, train and evaluate the staff.
Experience Required:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Professional Certification in an audit related field such as CIA or CPA.
8 years experience at a large Financial Institution.
8 years experience in a supervisory position including experience managing audit engagements.
Large Financial Services experience with a focus on operations is preferred.
Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
Salary Range is 150k-175k based on experience.

Description:

The senior data analyst position will be working on programs in support of Trade Surveillance capabilities across Markets Surveillance, Information Barrier Surveillance and/or Retail Surveillances.

Detailed comparison analysis and dispositioning of data between existing and target state
Working with business sponsors in the specification of a system's data requirements
Creating and prototyping test cases related to data requirements
Creating functional requirements related to data including documenting data flows, data mapping and data transformation specifications
Define data types required (tables, fields, values, etc), how the data will be used, who will use the data, and how the data will flow internally and externally, including communications with other entities.

Investigating data issues for root cause analysis and resolution
Design a plan for the development, implementation and continued maintenance of the data dictionary including an information model to align the work flow the information flows.
Build and manage a data dictionary to improve interoperability, validity an reliability of data across enterprise wide systems 
Professional Skills

Must have proven analytical skills, demonstrated capability of distilling details from complex business requirements into accurate and precisely specified functional, technical specifications and use cases capable of interpretation by both technical and non-technical readers
Must have the ability to maintain deliverables to schedule, ability to adapt to changes in requirements and priorities, be a self starter, show initiative, ability to work on multiple projects at the same time prioritizing as appropriate
Candidate should have actual experience in creating PowerPoint presentations for senior management which communicates key messages from analysis performed
Project management skills (managing plans, issues list, risks & mitigation)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
 
Business Subject Matter Expertise

5+ years Experience in Capital Markets
Knowledge of trade-processing
Familiarity with a wide range of financial instruments such as equities, fixed income and options
Understanding of industry standard trading work flows
Experience with Compliance/Trade Surveillance business processes 
Technology Skills 

5+ years analytical experience with proven track record of complex data analysis in a relevant area (Markets, trading, etc.)
Ability to develop process and data flow diagrams in Visio
Advanced level knowledge of using Excel for data analysis
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with data warehousing and data marts
Strong expertise in querying databases using SQL
Knowledge of Ad-Hoc Reporting platforms (Business Objects)
Experience with Trade Surveillance platform data models (Mantas, APAMA, Actimize)

Our banking client is looking for a strong Program Manager to manage a portfolio of projects. Candidates for the Program Manager must be very senior level, with outstanding oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and strong business relationship skills.  Program Manager candidates must also be diplomatic, able to drive results, work effectively in a matrixed environment, and have strong negotiation skills.  Demonstrated previous experience in a Program Management role is required. In this role, the Program Manager will be juggling a portfolio of approximately 6 banking projects, and will be involved in the intake process for new projects. Prior banking or credit card experience is required for this role. There is a preference for candidates who have experience managing both application development and infrastructure based projects in a banking environment..

Coordinates technical proof of concept deployment, develop and present comprehensive analysis of the  recommendations for Windows 7 and/or 2010 migration and assist in solving technical and performance problems within the solution and/or technical infrastructure

The candidate should have:
