My name is Subhash and I am a Recruiter at Sunrise Systems Inc. We are direct vendors for major Pharmaceutical /Financial / Manufacturing and other fortune 500 clients.  We are currently looking for Project Manager.  This requirement is located in Secaucus, NJ.  This is a 1 Year contract with possible extensions.  

 

Basic Function Overall project management of Client Live Streaming Social Activation Event at 2013 Consumer Electronic Show

Oversee and coordinate all workstreams and key deliverables of both internal Client stakeholders & external vendors

 

Accountabilities

 

  • Manage all project plans and milestones and day to day activities leading up to Consumer Electronics Show in January 2013.
  • Responsible for meeting project timeline within approved budget.
  • Responsible for creating overall project plan incorporating external vendor/ 3rd party agency deliverables, and internal Client dependencies.
  • Manage change control process.
  • Facilitate review and approval of all deliverables, final designs and go-live decisions.
  • Manage the development and execution of project controls including: a. Scope control, b. Timeline, c. Issue resolution, d. Status reporting, e. Quality standards and review
  • Schedule and facilitate project status meetings, deliver regular status updates including upcoming milestones and action items.

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • 3-5 years project management experience preferably within online/e-commerce or social media projects
  • Prior experience managing project budgets
  • Prior experience managing deliverables & dependencies with 3rd party vendors
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, APIs, and plug-ins
  • Effective organizational skills with strong time and project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related area or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior coordination of television/live streaming production schedules a plus but not required

Globally known media company is looking for seasoned Project Manager with a background in IT project management with a focus on scrum methodology and web development.
The position will entail working with identified stakeholders to track multiple projects, schedule meetings, gather requirements, schedule tasks and activities and reporting on project progress as necessary.
 
Background desired:
Minimum 5 years, preferable 7 of Project Management experience with a focus on business critical projects in an extremely fast-paced agile environment.
Serve as a project manager with overall project management for software development activities using the Scrum Agile methodology

Responsibilities include analysis and integration of data and application functionality required to support the on-going implementation of OneClaim within IntelliRisk. This includes analysis of the OneClaim fields within the iLossmessage, self-registration requirements, screen/workflow designs, integration of new functionality, expanding reporting module, multi-language support and currency conversion. Effort will also be focused on the development of a consolidated single view IntelliRisk platform
