Manager of SQA Requirements
2 Positions - Fulltime
130-140K w/bonus and 140-155K w/bonus
North Jersey Company is looking for hands- on candidates with a very strong background in SQA requirement management , process, configuration, tools and deployment. Must be hands on in iterative and incremental software delivery best practices methodologies. Must have managed in-house and offshore teams and be strong in case realizations (wireframes, sequence diagrams, etc.) Experience with Rational Req Pro or Rational Requirements Composer are a plus. No relocation - must live in tri-state area! US Citizens, Green Card holders and those who are authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. Unable to sponsor H1B candidates at this time.
