A midsized Financial Services company with offices in Midtown NY and Jersey City is looking for a Senior Project Manager at a VP level with Equities Technology experience. you should have the ability to manage large scale system deployments in mission critical situations. You should also have utilized structured project management methods and led re-engineering teams using Six Sigma/change management. This is a global role coordinating teams across US/UK/Asia. You will work with the PMO to establish portfolio and team governance structure. You will also assist in the development of new Project Management Office processes and guidelines.

Skills:
* 10+ years experience preferred
* Experience working in a Global PMO structure
* Solid experience and understanding of the Equities business
* PMP and Six Sigma Certifications are strongly desired
* Specific experience in implementing large technology projects in a financial corporation
* Change Management experience with a focus on consulting for process improvement.
* Experience managing a processing operation or implementation team.
* Strong analytical skills

Business Process Analyst

SUMMARY: 
Currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our client's team in Brooklyn, NY.

The Business Process Analyst will review existing processes by which information on  match is captured, processed, and verified. The Business Process Analyst will be expected to complete mapping of current process and systems, document workflow, and develop new operational efficiencies to improve data quality, improve alignment with other school data verification processes, and reduce burden on school staff. The Analyst will independently work to identify potential root causes of current challenges, recommend process or organizational improvements, and develop an implementation plan based on those recommendations. 
 

KEY DUTIES:
-Manage day-to-day activities of the Project, independently determining and pursuing next steps for issues identified for the Project by project sponsors and team members.
-Work with project sponsors and team leaders to prioritize existing and new issues based on the size of the impact on process efficiency, data quality, the Project timeline, and the organization's ability to affect change.
-Determine the root causes of process and data quality issues through independent means such as interviews, meetings, research; detail and quantify the impacts of issues on process efficiency and data quality.
-Create documentation to support case for proposed recommendations; create detailed project plans for executing process or organizational improvements.
-Provide regular status updates to team leads and project sponsors;
-Document processes through which data are collected, organized, changed, and reported.
-Additional duties as assigned.

 
REQUIRED:

 A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and eight years of satisfactory full-time professional experience, five of which will include: 

 

·organizational research or program evaluation

·business process improvement services in data and technology-centric environments

·operations research

·technical and user documentation

·engineering process improvements

·management and methods analysis

·educational, personnel or public administration

·short- and long-term planning

·independent research, data collection and analysis

  • strong problem solving skills and creative systems thinking
 
DESIRED:

§  In depth knowledge of best practices in data analysis, process improvement and organizational design.

§  Strong belief in the value of educators using achievement data to make instructional and organizational decisions.

§  Excellent interpersonal skills in working with education and non-education personnel internal and external to the client.

§  Experience with student-level data and/or student management systems

§  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word. 

§  Strong oral and written communication skills.

Kimber continues to do well. The 50,000ft of mfg space we added a few years
ago has long since been filled up with state of the art machinery, and our
current order backlog exceeds our total annual production rate of a few
years ago. Our new product development group generated its first new
platform earlier this year (Solo - a hit), and more are in the pipeline.
Last week we acquired another 100,000 ft. factory in Westchester county
which should allow us to double production over the next three years.

Profile:

Lead Product Marketing efforts of a growing high-end firearms manufacturing
company located in Elmsford, NY. You will manage (5) different lines of
business by developing & implementing annual and long term product marketing
plans that maximize sales and profitability. You will also direct marketing
research, website development, and social media initiatives. This senior
level position reports directly to the COO and offers a fast track to
overall marketing leadership for a team-oriented shirt-sleeve professional.

The ideal candidate will have strong consumer (firearms preferred) durable
goods marketing experience, analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to

classification of diseases and current procedural terminology and sequences them
