Job Title: IVRS Clinical Co-Coordinator
Job Category: Clinical and Scientific

Duties:
Primary account manager for Clinical Trials Portal (CTP), Interactive Response Technology (IRT) and ClinAdmin supporting the Clinical Franchises, Translational Medicines (TM), Oncology and other businesses as needed.
Liaison between Development Informatics and members of the business organization (Country organization (CPOs), Drug Safety Management (DSM), Development Strategic Sourcing (DSS) Statistics and Data Management and Clinical Quality Assurance (CQA)) to ensure the business needs of the end users (Clinical Trial Teams/Investigator sites, etc.) are met.
Consult Franchise/BU/TM/other Clinical Trial Teams on the optimal value and use of various systems (IRT, ClinAdmin, CTP, etc.).
Responsible for 10-15 new plus 10-20 maintenance trials at any one time.
Ensures compliance with all required SOPs and business guidances.
Supports continuous improvement and other management objectives
IVRS
Proactively (using ClinAdmin data) evaluate planned trials as potential candidates for IRT; assess risks, costs and benefits of utilizing IRT, use of standard vs. customized modules
Responsible for the development, initiation, maintenance and close-out of IRT
Responsible for completing Study Specification Worksheet/Decision Grid as required
Review and prepare overview of costing proposal from vendors
Support the CTT/DSM in the selection of the preferred provider, user requirement specifications (URS) and other relevant activities for IRT initiation
Plan, perform and document user acceptance testing (UAT) of all systems including report facilities with support of CTT prior to system going live
Ensure approval of related documents
Track usage of systems; assist in the development and implementation of strategy to increase/improve usage of systems,

Responsible for the development, initiation, maintenance and close-out of a clinical trial portal
Contribute to the development, user training and execution of the clinical trials portal
Present overview of clinical trials portal to clinical teams and other line functions, as needed
Develop and conduct training sessions for internal users
Develop training manual, working practices, general training material, meeting presentations

Proficient in use of ClinAdmin (trial set-up) and related reports
Generate, review and distribute relevant trial reports from ClinAdmin
Explain to CTT which reports are available to users

Skills:
Fluent English (oral and written), German desirable.

Will contribute to computer programming efforts for a clinical trial drug project and to provide programming support for clinical trial data reporting and regulatory submissions. Assume protocol level and some project management responsibility while supporting the Programming and Statistics lead. Title: Business Analyst III



Description:

Responsible for conducting research and root cause analysis for customers with the goal of recommending and implementing new processes and solutions to problems. Resolve issues and improve operational performance.



- Collects, tracks and trends data.

- Analyze data and investigate service related issues to identify root cause of problem(s).

- May create, review and follow-up on data reporting for internal and external sources.

- Identify and communicate business needs as necessary.

- Lead or participate in internal and external project workgroup(s).

- Participate in presentations to internal and external audiences.

- Translate business requirements and assist IT with the development of technical specifications.

- Develop complex forecasting tools using current technology/systems (Access, Excel, Monarch, etc.)

- Recommend solutions based on data analysis to increase business efficiency and/or improve existing processes.

- May do data mining using call survey results and make recommendations for actions/solutions.

- Prepare materials for internal and external audit activities. Review audit findings/reports for accuracy and completeness. If appropriate, may formulate rebuttal and/or corrective action steps.

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes and enhancements, etc.

- May coach and mentor less experienced staff and/or assist in on-boarding of new staff.

- Distribute and follow-up on work assignments.

- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
