This position is responsible for Liberty Business Innovation and Agility
Center Projects assigned. The project leader is accountable for all measures
of project success, responsible for the completion of the agreed upon
deliverables. Project Lead obtains needed resources; organizes and oversees
completion of the project. Keeps all stakeholders informed about progress
and about key issues and risks, leads CMI project review; escalates problems
in a timely manner to the Management Committee Sponsor
• The Project Leader will be a member of the Business Innovation and Agility
Center group. This role requires a strong knowledge of the PBM business and
other healthcare payor segment. Additionally, this person shall be Pega
trained and experienced in discovering and documenting use cases; diagrams
which describe the interaction between systems and external entities to
capture its functional aspects. The Project Leader will manage a matrix team
to deliver on BIAC initiative
Qualifications:
• Coordinate deliverables with all COE, business, and core development
organizations for multiple projects as needed to ensure critical business
objectives are met.
• Participate in the inception and elaboration project phases including Use
Cases and Direct Capture of Objectives using Pega
• Work in partnership with Process Architect and BPM COE team to drive
inception project deliverables and ensure all of the desired system
functionality is documents (normal, alternate, and exception path logic)
• Facilitate scope management and change control procedures in partnership
with BIAC leads
• Training on the main features of Pega PRPC
• Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
• Responsible for mentoring and monitoring the quality of project
deliverables
• Understanding of the business requirements gathering process (platforms,
architecture etc)
• Demonstrated leadership, analysis, organization and planning skills
• Working knowledge of SDLC, change management, release management,
configuration management, and quality methodologies and practices
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically as well as tactically about
the business, market and financial challenges and opportunities facing the
organization
• Ability to influence and work effectively with all levels of the
organization
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• PEGA systems frameworks. Good understanding of other development
environments
• Project management software (MS Project, Rational etc)
• Process mapping software (Visio)PowerPoint or other presentation /
software analysis tools

knowledge of principles and experience with the mandated requirements are
highly desirable
