Position: Sr. Business Analyst
Length of Term: 6 months plus
Start Date: Interviews Start Immediately!
Rate: Negotiable
Location: Philadelphia, PA
SUMMARY OF PROJECT:
Document Requirements for Contract Management application for HealthCare Group Insurance Client.
POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Interview clients and identify business needs and requirements
o Structure ad lead Requirements Workshops to identify business requirements
o Document current business processes, business flows, rules and artifacts, and propose "To-Be/Future" business processes, business flows, rules and artifacts
o Document detailed requirements documents, including use cases
o Formulate test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and test data, as required
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
o HealthCare Group Insurance (i.e., Life, Short term Disability or Long Term Disability) experience
o Able to analyze business environment, identify business requirements and recommend improved business processes.
o Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
Business Process Engineering experience with Contracts Management applications.
