Must have an understanding of HIPAA, Benefit Risk Management policies & related regulations, HCC, EU Safe harbor regulations, IM Compliance regulations, intellectual property issues, federal regulations governing clinical research, and the uniform commercial code
A working knowledge of clinical research trial processes is desired
An understanding of contracting process including knowledge of Legal, budgetary, and scope of work issues is desired
Must possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Autism Speaks is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to funding global biomedical research into the causes, prevention, treatments and cure for autism. Due to expansion, we have a new career opportunity available for an experienced Manager of Training and Development (Field) in our Princeton, NJ office. The selected individual will design, develop, update, and deliver field training and development programs primarily in fundraising (with the emphasis on Walks) and mission integration for field staff and volunteer leadership.

Responsibilities:
·         Defines specific training needs and learning objectives, aligning with Field Operations' strategic and tactical plans (primarily in Walk, chapter development and community events)
·         Researches and develops content by working with subject matter experts, end-users, field management
·         Researches emerging industry trends, such as new technologies (webinars), concepts and techniques
·         Designs field training programs (traditional and web-based) and learning initiatives with an emphasis on the 5 core elements of Walk (top teams, new teams, corporate development, top walkers, and volunteer development) .
·         Creates training materials (i.e., skill builders, job aids, ready reference, training curriculum and training roadmap, etc.), and updates training materials when necessary

Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree and 5 years training experience in instructional design and facilitation; prefer not-for-profit experience with emphasis on fundraising (i.e., Walk and chapter development) . The selected individual must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), superb facilitation/ platform skills with demonstrated coaching and mentoring and solid proficiency in MS Office Suite; PowerPoint /web-based systems for e-learning. Flexibility to travel, including nights and weekends.

· Job Description: 

General: Sr. QA Engineer will participate and in the absence of a lead is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies that ensure exhaustive testing of all assigned software systems to ensure compliance with system specifications. He/She needs to be fluent with automation testing tools. 

Day-to-Day: 
Perform functional, stress, load, performance, and other types of tests as determined in the test planning process. To ensure that tests are conducted as per standards. Discussing discrepancies and issues, when appropriate, with necessary teams (PM’s, Dev, BA and Systems). Responsible for maintaining QA Documents: the Test Plan and Test Scripts so that they follow necessary development and quality standards â€" focus on the entire template. 
To enter data conditions, consistent with test scripts, while executing test cycles. Analyse test cases and provide regular progress reports and test metrics to project’s Lead/ Manager. Resolve scope and other issues on a timely basis and escalate to QA management appropriately. 
Develop, debug, execute and maintains automated test scripts. Also ensures consistency with the manual scripts. 
Report bugs and follows our defect management flow.

Skills Required:                                          
·        6 - 8 years of experience
·        Strong J2EE Appl development experience with WebSphere, Oracle, IBM MQ Series, ant build scripts, clear case.
·        Strong Experience in Web Services, SOA and ESB products.
·        BS
·        IBM Message Broker experience is preferable
 
Assignment Description:
Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps

- Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality
- Participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions
- Excellent coding skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments
- Research/analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures
