Accounting Clerk

Growing North Bergen service organization has an immediate need for an accounting clerk who will be responsible for daily functions of accounts receivable such as:

• Weekly invoicing.

• Maintenance of billing adjustments as directed by the department manager.

• Preparing bank deposits and bank reports

• Deposit scanning of customer checks and processing credit cards

• Booking cash receipts and maintaining a daily AR reconciliation log

• Distribution of invoices

• Interact with customers regarding invoice credits, and payments.

• Investigate and resolve customer queries.

• Filing of invoices and payments required.

• Assist accounting department in development and distribution of reports as needed.
