POSITON OVERVIEW:

Set Strategy, vision and tactical direction for execution of Program Management Team. Work as part of an integrated organization responsible for meeting contractual commitments and schedule of performance with contractual boundaries, company expectations and established standards. Manage a portfolio of programs, risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations. Set milestones and monitor adherence to program master plans and schedules; develop customer and program enhancing partnerships to support Sales efforts. Develop financial reports and present to Senior Management on an ongoing basis, review long range and short range plans regularly. Focus, evaluate motivate and reward direct reports to enable them to achieve desired results. Work with cross functional teams to identify further product enhancements and refinements and identify and pursue additional markets and customer for the solutions.

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Responsibilities:

* Plan, develop and implement effective business and marketing strategies as part of a cross functional team including Engineering, Customer Service, and Sales.

* Prioritize and drive activities for customers within a defined geographic region to drive growth.

* Establish presales-process for estimating program management resource needs for proposed projects

* Oversee the delivery of projects on-time and on schedule with best-in-class quality with the design and development of application specific connector solutions.

* Profile and manage key activities to maximize Amphenol's exposure for new and existing products at all key accounts.

* Monitor and ensure fulfillment for production revenue based upon manufacturing capacity, inventory, and distribution for both new and legacy products.

* Provide monthly sales forecast in conjunction with Field Sales Representatives and drive execution to the goal.

* Map/profile accounts and provide training for Sales and Manufacturing Representatives.

* Develop new product introduction materials including sell sheets, cross reference, and pricing sample kits.

* Supervise junior employee(s), and directly support the development training of all program managers.

* Research and analyze environment and competitive conditions, customer needs, and market trends and develop plans to adapt and succeed in a changing environment.

* Ensure that marketing activities are cost effective, efficient and within established budget constraints and that business plans, goals and policies are consistent with established Company-wide goals.

* Support regional activity such as pricing, technical support, competitive crosses, contract price book review, and sample requests.

* Manage customer expectations while overcoming the many challenges faced during large-scale project delivery

* Foster an environment of continuous improvement within the department and organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

* Manage/mentor and motivate junior employees within the Program Management team; ensure their performance meets or exceeds company's expectations. Prepare assessment and performance reviews for entry level employees. Address complaints and resolve problems as required. Assist in the interview and hiring process when necessary.

Desired Skills and Requirements:

B.S. in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred. 6-8 years experience with direct responsibility for managing

large -scale programs within a high tech or manufacturing industry. Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and management track record. Strong grounding in Finance, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Excellent interpersonal skills and effective team building skills, Management experience preferred. Must have ability to coach, mentor and motivate a team. Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills; as well as advanced computer skills required.

Up to 30% travel is required.

The Messaging Administrator's primary role is the day to day management of
operations activities and support for the email and related messaging
systems. As part of the IT team, this position works closely with peers

*Responsibilities:*

- Manage enterprise 7x24 for email, instant messaging and telephony
integration
- Work with Tier III to implement email, Blackberry, instant messaging
and telephony integration for the enterprise
- Ensure software and hardware maintenance is performed
- Implement patches and/or upgrades for servers or applications in close
partnership with the Tier III.
- Ensure process, procedure and policy development, maintenance and
compliance.
- Develop detailed standard support procedures for services delivered at
Tier I.
- Collaborate with other IT organizational teams in support of
enterprise wide goals.
- Troubleshooting of Exchange 2003/2010 client and server problems.
- Deep understanding of Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 client.
- Daily monitoring of the Messaging environment and maintenance of
mailboxes.
- Daily monitoring and support of the Email Archiving Solution.
- Exchange Database maintenance activities, e.g. optimization, white
space, etc.
- Responsible for messaging legal holds.
- Under Tier III guidance, integrate Microsoft Exchange solutions with
Antivirus/anti-spam/content filtering solutions.

*Experience:*

Three or more years managing an Exchange 2003/2010 multi-site environment
of at least 2,000 users

- Experience supporting a Blackberry environment (BES/BAS) of 700
users.
- Experience administering Websense/Proofpoint Email Gateway or a
similar platform
- Experience with Exchange and Blackberry disaster recovery
processes.
- Experience migrating from previous versions and competing platforms
to Exchange.
- Experience administering a mixed Exchange 2003/2010 environment.

Following our usual meeting format, after you have registered and added your resume, etc. to the handout piles, everyone will participate in a series of informal networking groups i.e. “speed dating”, before we sit down for dinner and the general introductions. Briefly, the “speed dating” informal groups will consist of 3 to 5 attendees and last a period of about 10 minutes â€" or 2 minutes per person. At the end of the 10 minutes, the groups will breakup and find new “partners”.  Suggested dialogues for the groups will be provided at the registration along with a numbered RSVP list â€" see below.
 
There will be an opportunity to circulate up to 50 copies of your resume, personal bio, leads, or other appropriate material in a handout for each participant from the dinner.

For those attendees who are in transition, three target companies and your last permanent or consulting affiliation should be included in your RSVP. An initial list of attendees will be emailed to all the RSVPs, members of MNA, TENG, Monmouth Networking, IT-Net, ETP Network, CIT, and other interested parties on Sunday, June 3rd.  The RSVP list will facilitate networking at the dinner meeting and can be used to communicate with attendees in advance or after the dinner meeting.
 
A final numbered RSVP list of attendees will be available along with the pre-published questions and an ID badge at the registration desk on the 5th.  Your number on the final RSVP list should be part of your introduction:  “I’m number x on the RSVP list …”  All attendees should have their sharp, crisp, 30 second elevator speech at the ready.  Too many “ahs, dees and doeses” will be cut off unceremoniously!
 
We will accept a LIMITED number of walk-ins on the June 5th.  Anyone who attends on the 5th and whose check has not been received by COB on June 4th will be charged $60 WITHOUT EXCEPTION. There will be NO refunds and no-shows WILL be billed. Walk-ins will not be on the preliminary RSVP or have a numbered badge.
 
Again, bring 50 copies of your bio/resume, leads, or materials you wish to be included in the handout the evening of June 5th.

This is a Senior Enterprise Report Writer/Administrator position to help with building and maintaining of Hyperion Enterprise Reports.
