expectations. Therefore, we are most interested in those individuals who
match our core principles of a commitment to excellence in providing a true
value-added service as industry advisors, and who hold themselves highly

investment banks and strategy consulting firms

- Develop and maintain relationships in the financial services community, to

- Research potential candidates for active mandates at the Pre-MBA level,
including mapping candidate pools, profiling candidates' backgrounds, and
reaching out to candidates directly to assess fit with our clients' needs

- Support (and eventually independently run) all phases of search execution,
from creating a job spec to negotiating offer terms that result in a
successful placement

- Assist in business development efforts (e.g., conducting research,
producing marcom) and where appropriate given a candidate's own
relationships and network, independently lead targeted business development
initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

- High intellectual horsepower, as demonstrated through test scores, GPA,

personality, and natural relationship management instincts

- Strong team player who can be resourceful, entrepreneurial and creative

- Defined interest in or curiosity about a career focused on the human
capital side of the alternative investment universe

COMPENSATION: DOE, and can be extremely competitive for top performers who
