Hi!

The report actualy mentions "usernames and passwords". My LinkedIn username is my email address, and I would bet by the huge increase in SPAM that started in early May (a 20-fold increase) that they've had the email addresses since then.

Required Skills:
· Looking for someone that has solutions management/product marketing type background

* Someone that supports sales teams calling on commercial accounts
* Someone that has experience developing and delivering solutions for sales reps to present to accounts
* Someone that has a product marketing background with commercial printers, cutsheet, workflow, marketing service provider, web to print and software solutions.
* Need someone to develop solutions behind the scenes – collaborate with sales teams – go to customers if needed (Customers: quick printers, in-plant, copy-repro departments, commercial printers, digital printers, direct mailers with <~50 employees, <~$5M/year revenue)
· Demonstrate success at communicating across a variety of audiences, including customers, management, sales, product management and technical staff, and executive level sales and or customer executive communication experience.
· Must have strong commercial and POD solutions experience, including experience at a competitor.
· Sales or direct customer experience helpful.
· Experience in translating offerings to revenue as demonstrated by sales results.

Overview:
No direct reports
Establish solution offerings that serve the production print market and manage the related solutions offering portfolio. Broad business background and superior knowledge of creating and executing impactful solutions that drive revenue and GP is required. Industry expert in Commercial Print and Print on Demand (POD) markets. Focus is on the small to mid range PSP market. Excellent cross functional teaming, written and oral communications skills.
This role is responsible for developing simple, cost effective solution offerings relevant to small and mid-sized Commercial Printers and In-Plant Print Service Providers

Offerings should extend capabilities to include services such as workflow, scheduling, campaign management, creative design, data services and multi-channel delivery. Solution offerings will include hardware, software and services as well as 3rd party applications.

This cross functional role will work closely with product marketing, marketing communications, PR, and development.

Must have ability to translate offering value directly to value to the sales team to sell value to their customer.

Must be able to define the market opportunity for all solution offering categories and work with marketing and analysts with focus on POD markets.

Define a solution offering strategy and tactical plan, working with software, hardware and third party software, in collaboration with geography sales and marketing leaders.

Creation of executable and relevant offerings to help clients profitably add new routes to market, new revenue sources and to manage production workflow.
Evaluate offering components to identify offering gaps and areas of improvement.

Identify, evaluate and bundle the product and technology components of production print solution offerings.

Evaluate existing customer capability including workflow, content management, variable data composition, design and multichannel delivery as well as ongoing program management and measurement.

Create and maintain offering business plan including annual revenue and profit by geography; create and manage the offering P&L with finance.

Create documents that define the offering from which sales collateral, marketing and sales training and support documents can be generated. Effectively promote solutions to gain acceptance by marketing, sales and customers.

Develop and execute impactful go to market plans to assure successful solutions launch.

Develop, implement and manage continuous improvements to the solution offerings based upon geographic sales results and market changes.
