Below is the job description:
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Project Manager for a right-to-hire assignment with one of our premier financial clients in Newark, DE.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects from initiation through implementation.
Insure projects are successfully completed according to agreed to terms for scope, cost and schedule
Contribute to and maintain best practices for project delivery
Insure projects adhere to the organizations governance policies
Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables
Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects.
Manages project budget, status, issues, risk, and adjusts priorities as necessary
Monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders
Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services.
Performs team assessments and evaluations.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5-10 years of IT Project Management as the PM of record
Minimum of 3-5 years working on large and complex projects with a large number of stakeholders
Minimum of 3-5 years of IT Project Management in a Data Warehouse or ODS environment working with Data Integration tools such as Informatica, Data Stage or Ab Initio
Bachelors Degree or higher in engineering, technology or related field.
Excellent communications, including written, verbal and presentation skills
