Overview:
Our client is seeking a HR Sourcing Specialist to join their recruitment
team. This role focuses on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline
of candidates with focus on HR roles, but to include other business units,
as well. The ideal candidate will source potential and passive candidates
utilizing multiple strategies including: cold calling into competitive
companies, online databases, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching
on Internet portals, contact lists, networking, and attending
industry and diversity related events.
This is a contract-to-
onsite, no virtual or remote.
Job Requirements
* Bachelors' Degree preferred
* 2-5 years of Sourcing, Recruiting or Staffing related experience
* Analytical and methodical in approach
* Clear and effective communication skills
* Technical savvy to find qualified candidates through advanced
research techniques via social media, internet sourcing and staffing tools
* Clear understanding and ability to articulate the company'
proposition and clearly communicate role specific requirements
* Polished interview skills and telephone manner
* Strong Project Management and prioritization skills

Hours:
Since this is a new team currently of three employees undergoing onsite training, shifts are not yet solidified and will depend on best skillset to shift fit. Shifts will be solidified in the coming months. We are looking for someone who is flexible to fit into all of the below potential shifts.
10PM-6AM Sunday- Thursday (Potentially, the Sunday can be worked from home)
8AM -4PM Tuesday-Saturday (Potentially, the Saturday can be worked from home)
8AM -4PM Sunday-Tuesday (Potentially, the Sunday can be worked from home)

* Experience working with all levels of the organization, both

* Must be able to work and manage in a team environment
