Job Title: Project Manager-I
Location: SKILLMAN, NJ
Duration: 12 Months contract

Job Details:
Defined as Project Quantum Leap s Wave 1 Pharmaceutical Consumer Procurement is running market interventions across seven (7) sub-categories / sub-category groups. Each of these interventions is Global, with 2 globally accountable leaders, 1 sponsor and regional leaders located in the regions. The seven interventions are:

Packaging
1. Bottles, Caps & Closures
2. Pumps
3. Tubes

Third Party Manufacturing (TPM)
4. Liquids (non-regulated + some regulated)
5. Wipes (Conversion, Spun-Lace Fiber, Laminate Packaging)
6. Barsoaps (Conversion, Soap Noodles)

Chemicals
7. Oleo-chemicals

A critical task identified for each of the interventions is the role of a Data Analyst. The role will cover the regional data management support for each of QL s interventions, and be based out of the following locations:

-North America ? Skillman, NJ, USA
-Latin America ? San Jose dos Campos (Sao Paolo), Brazil
-Asia-Pacific ? Singapore
-EMEA ? Zug, Switzerland

The incumbent will then functionally report to one of the Intervention Leaders in that leader s current location. The role of the analyst will be spread across the 7 interventions as follows:

-Lead analyst at a global level for 1/2 out of 7 interventions
-Regional analyst for ALL interventions; supporting Global Lead Analysts located other regions

As an example ? Analyst A, located in Skillman, NJ, USA will:
-be Lead Analyst for Liquids + Bottles
-Regional Analyst for ALL interventions

This is a highly intense and challenging role, the incumbent for which will be skilled in the following areas:
-Excel (mastery), PDF Reader/Converter (superior), Other MS office packages (intermediate user)
-4-5 years of professional experience in a data-driven, highly quantitative environment
-Record of collaboration and team-work in a multinational, multi-stakeholder organization
-Strong understanding of IT/Enterprise systems, and the ability to quickly learn and use those systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
Data Collection & Consolidation (Regional)
-Regional level data collection (items, suppliers, spends, volumes, supply requirements, plants)
-Regional level consolidation of data into prescribed formats and filtered as required
-Regional specifications, according to Intervention team requirement
Data recorded in excel or Specifications extracted from internal system (PDF), converted to word and sanitized for confidentiality
-Consolidation of specs after checking data sanitization
-Collaborating with other Global Lead Analysts located in other regions
-Receive necessary training on eSourcing Platform (Combinenet) as required

Data Collection & Consolidation (Global)
-Virtually manage other 3 Regional Analysts around Regional Data collections
-Consolidate all data into eSourcing Platform ready format for interventions where incumbent is the Global Lead Analyst
-Consolidate specifications to make ready for bidding activity
-Collaborate with the Quantum Leap Task Force Lead

Bidding & Post-Bidding Analytics
-Support teams with bid-data clean-up and validations
-Work with Team Leaders in Analytics Workshop to support business award scenario generation

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree (Economics/Business/Science/Engineering).
- Expertise / Mastery in Excel + PDF Conversion, intermediate / advanced user skills in MS Office software
- Experience working in an international, cross-functional and multiple stake-holder environment.
- Experience working in the area of FMCG and/or OTC is very desirable.
- Proven team-work and collaborative skills.
