| ELECTRONICS BANKING COORDINATOR - $31/HR - TEMPORARY - WAYNE Temporary, full-time through end of the year. Electronic Banking Coordinator is responsible for the processing of all new online banking enrollment and maintenance for the bank, all retail and business support for bank clients, including processing maintenance forms as required. Works collaboratively with the team leader, manager and other team members to complete work items and ensure all deadlines and processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Ensures that all projects and testing related to the online banking and bill payment applications are completed in line with bank expectations. Performs the daily settlement, including the timely processing of rejects and adjustments, of the Internet Banking clearing account to ensure the account is in balance. Must have minimum 5 years prior experience with the operational processes including direct experience in ACH processing and settlements and functions related to online banking and bill payment processing and settlements at an in-house community bank with multiple retail branch locations. Experience working from reports and extracting data into useable formats is also beneficial. Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred. Comparable years of working experience is acceptable.
