Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator who will interface with multiple departments and outside vendors to review processes, manages workflows, organize and facilitate project team meetings/agendas, communicate project status, track action items to completion, maintain and organize all project-related files and documents and identify and escalate issues and mitigation plans.
This is a 5-month assignment in Cheshire, CT
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 3-5 year of experience in managing projects with team members in various departments
* Experience managing internal resources and external contractors/vendors
* Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time
* Experienced in meeting facilitation
* Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a confident, professional manner with excellent attention to detail, forethought and follow-up
* Must be self-directed and responsible, able to ensure that assigned tasks are carried out with minimal oversight
* Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
* Strong computer skills with high proficiency in MS Office required

Overview
Our client is seeking Senior IT Project Manager with SFDC implementation experience to be responsible for mapping out requirements working with commercial colleagues; prepare detailed integration plan; ensure timely delivery thru the internal teams and have flexibility to cover European time zone.
This is a 2-3 month contract assignment in Cheshire, CT
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 6 - 9 years of IT Project Management experience
* SFDC (Salesforce dot com) implementations
* SFDC certification
* Commercial & Pharma experience
* Business analysis and Stakeholder management skills
