In talking with people I hear more and more about the importance of PMI
certification. Now, I see that Susan Serradilla-Smarth is having this

PMIR Certification Exams Become MORE difficult on January 2, 2015.
You got lucky!! The Project Management Institute's PMIR Certification exam
changes have been delayed until January 2016... Thus, you have a 2nd chance
to get certified before the exams get more difficult.
If you have not taken (or passed) the PMPR or CAPMR exam yet, please
consider the following critical facts:
1. The last day to take the current version of the exams is December
31, 2015.
2. The PMIR Certification Exams become more difficult on January 1,
2016
As a result, certification candidates will be required to learn
substantially more information to become certified. Therefore, it will
become more difficult to pass certification exams on the 1st attempt.
WHY?
Starting January 11, 2016, the PMPR and CAPMR exam will be based on the new
Role Delineation Study (RDS), which was published by PMIR in June 2015. The
(RDS) is conducted approximately every 5 years to ensure that PMIR
certification exams continue to assess what is most relevant to the practice
of project management and to the profession, as it evolves over time.
Shortly after the RDS is completed, the PMIR exams are updated to reflect
the new information learned while conducting the RDS research.
That means you have only a few more opportunities to get your PMPR or CAPMR
prep training completed this quarter before the new exam changes become
effective. With new exam formats, the tests become more difficult.
Smarth Enterprises will be in the following cities to help you get ready to
pass the PMPR or CAPMR exam before the new exam format becomes effective!
