| Our client is an exciting real estate tech startup in NYC that is looking to bring on highly strategic and entrepreneurial candidates to their team.
They are looking to bring on several Strategy and Business Development Associates to be a part of the Business Development team and perform a blend of long-term projects and daily operational activities. The Associates will be charged with contributing to projects and running analyses to drive top-line growth and achieve greater operational efficiency, with opportunities to own and manage specific projects. The Associates will also assist in leading the operational, financial and planning processes across departments. This role will report to the Head of Strategy and Sales.
Skills and Experience Required:
At least 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate business development, or finance
MBA preferred but not required
Has the ability to be an all purpose player when required
Strong strategic planning skills and effective project management
Solution-oriented mindset and work approach
Excellent communicator who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders
Charisma and a natural ability to connect with others

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Build and lead a team of Strategy and Business Development Analysts and Associates
Develop and implement strategic initiatives and operations to accelerate our top-line growth
Generate ideas for initiatives that refine our clientâ??s strategy by generating new areas of growth, and generate dedicated teams to execute them
Work across Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance and Agent teams to implement new business initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years of experience in management consulting, growth-company business development, or finance
Proven track record to be able to hire and manage exceptional talent
Ability to empower teams to achieve their goals by creatively knocking down any roadblocks they face
Outstanding strategic planning skills and effective project management of step-change initiatives that have created 20%+ inflections in the valuation of businesses
Solution-oriented mindset and work approach
Excellent communicator who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders
Charisma and a natural ability to connect with others
