Job Title: Sr.Project Manager(Infrastructure)

Location: Montvale,NJ

Duration: Fulltime/Permanent

Duties:

· Direct responsibility for overall management of assigned projects

· Utilize and ensure adherence to KPMG standard project management processes and tools to manage project teams and deliverables across the entire project life cycle

· Ownership for project delivery - owns project deliverables and stakeholder management.

· Build and maintain project execution plan/charter, including approach, scope, schedule ( tasks, duration, work effort and dependencies), budget, planning assumptions, risks, team structuring and resource allocations

· Organizational responsibility for establishing, managing and motivating multi-disciplinary project team(s)

· Make project-level decisions and manage track team leads and day-to-day team activities

· Establish and adhere to the project's communication plan, and comply with all reporting requirements

· Serve as an advocate of the PM principles and standards established by Portfolio Management

· Identify and manage project risk factors; manage and resolve project issues; maintain record of key decisions.

· Oversee the project change control process

· Produce and disseminate the appropriate project and program reporting

· Measure project progress against agreed objectives and success criteria

· Financial oversight and analysis

· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Performance Manager, Sponsor or stakeholder

· Validate statement of work for acquiring third party project resources, where applicable

Skills:

· Extensive knowledge with different project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile

· Ability to rapidly learn and utilize the KPMG Project Management process

· Excellent communication and analytical skills

· Strong judgment, supervisory and organizational skills.

· Ability to work effectively with project team members, project sponsors, functional leads, and senior management

· Familiarity with large scale Enterprise infrastructure projects leveraging Network, Data Center, Identify & Access Management, Enterprise Automation, Cloud, Storage and Backup, Virtualization **

· Experience with platforms such as Mobility, Unified Communications, Desktop, Server and VDI **

· Ability to develop and manage effective business relationships

· Ability to work with business subject matter experts and technology specialists

· Professional Certification (PMP) recommended

· Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in project management disciplines, with experience planning and executing Enterprise Infrastructure projects

**To be clear, I don't expect anyone to have experience in all the areas highlighted in the two bulleted items above. Those items are intended to reflect the types of projects within this portfolio. Experience in some of the areas is required.
