Overview
Our client is seeking a Sr. HRIS Data Specialist who will be responsible for entering and maintaining confidential employee and organizational data into various HR systems (SAP, Success Factors, Sum Total, JobVite, etc), ensuring high levels of accuracy, completeness and compliance with established timelines. The HRIS Consultant will also oversee methods and procedures around HRIS processes for gathering, entering and maintaining data.
This is a 6-month W-2 contract in New Haven, CT
Skills and Qualifications
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Comprehensive understanding of HR Systems and HR data maintenance processes.
• Strong computer literacy, with good knowledge of HR information management systems, previous experience with SAP and SuccessFactors a plus.
• Knowledge of, and experience with, data management and record retention practices.
• Expert level knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
• 3 – 5 years data management experience, preferably in HR
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of effectiveness as a team player and project team member who gets results.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive, customer service orientation required
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple assignments in a fast paced environment.
