Our client is seeking Project Manager, Health Care Provider (HCP) Compliance who will interact with a geographically-dispersed stakeholder group to define and implement projects for the global compliance function and ensure that the projects are implemented successfully. Responsibilities will include Project Strategy, Project Management, Project Execution and Delivery, Project Risk Analysis and Management, Information & Communication Management

This is a 9-month contract assignment in New Haven, CT. Consultant must be on our W-2 payroll.

* 10+ years of successfully managing and delivering on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for the finance, compliance and commercial functions
* 5+ years of project leadership experience in HCP compliance system implementations in global environments
* Minimum two years of experience implementing and supporting HCP interaction and aggregate spend reporting platforms such as Polaris, Medispend and IMS; at least one full life-cycle implementation experience is a must.
* Experience managing global or regional projects with team members in multiple locations
* 5+ years of experience with budget and people management
* Expertise in project management methodologies e.g. Agile, PMP, PRINCE2 and/ or operational excellence tools e.g. Six Sigma
* Project management experience within the bio-pharma industry or life sciences consulting strongly preferred
* Experience with change management methodologies, organizational design, different operating or business models and business process re-engineering
* Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA degree with specialization in finance and/ or strategy preferred
Project Management or Six Sigma or other process certifications strongly preferred
