Responsibilities include assessing client needs, remaining in communication with the client and family, and advocating for quality services.Strong record-keeping and administrative skills are required.Travel involved.Recent MSW graduates are welcome.

To this meeting we are pleased to welcome to GenY for the first time Bob Weingartner, founder/owner of Weinfive Career Coaching , who will present Top Ten Strategies in Job Search!.

· How can you mount an effective job search without spinning your wheels and causing more frustration?

· This presentation will share insights on how to bust some of the common myths on how to effectively move forward in job search

About our Speaker – Bob Weingartner is founder/owner of Weinfive Career Coaching , a niche business focused on assisting job seekers who are suffering from what he calls 'career anxiety or acute job search pain' and are ready to take their career to the next level. His range of clients includes recent college graduates up to and including mature adults.

Bob is a former Senior Human Resources Professional with 15+ years' experience in the trenches as an HR practitioner, business leader and trusted advisor/coach to employees, managers and C-suite leaders. He's held senior HR operations 'seat at the table positions at small, mid-sized and large global public and private companies in the high-tech electronics, green, hospitality, CPG and the medical device industries. A graduate of William Paterson University and a Certified Professional Coach with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, Bob also possesses a Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Bob is the founding member and volunteer Lead Facilitator/Coach for the Job Search Work Team at his parish - Corpus Christi, in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. He publishes career articles, is active in the networking scene and regularly makes career presentations at colleges, libraries, job search work teams and monthly network meetings.
