I have a few leads.  These are in the DC/Metro area and require clearances so if you don't fit those criteria, you can delete.  I am getting more and more leads and will be sending them out.

Software Engineer

Responsible for performing development, integration, test and documentation duties on assigned tasks.  Assists in verifying system specifications and performs program design and analysis to facilitate allocation of requirements.  Experience in JAVA, C++, CNE tools, SQL, and testing. 

Systems Engineer

Responsible for developing and implementing applications.  Familiarization with data disambiguation, tools such as Initiate, and/or data extraction.  Experience with JAVA, Perl, and Python.

System Administrator

The SA shall provide on-site customer support, answering and responding to all reported system concerns and/or system outages.   Installs hardware/software, conducts system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software and security related problems.  Experience CISCO routers, switches, and firewalls.  Familiar with Oracle Database and Application Servers.  Solaris and /or Network+ Certification.

Software Tester

Responsible for testing through a full system development life cycle including designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes.  Experience developing and enhancing test plans and procedures that define test strategies and coverage. XML, JAVA, C++, database interface, SOLARIS.

DAI seeks a full-time Project Manager, Senior Leader and Executive Performance Management.  The position reports to the Vice President, Operations and is responsible for assisting a federal agency with recertifying its senior leader and senior executive services performance management systems with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), designing and implementing a senior leader/executive performance management training program, and providing consulting services in the areas of senior leader and executive performance management.     

The qualified candidate must have demonstrated experience leading and operating federal human resource practices, policies, and procedures in the areas of senior leader and/or executive performance management and training and development with strong strategic consulting skills.  Qualified candidates will also have demonstrated experience:

    * Providing strategic consulting  services to the federal government
    * Designing and managing performance management programs and evaluation metrics
    * Designing performance plans for executive staff that adheres to the agency's transformation initiatives, strategic goals, integrated strategies and objectives
    * Hiring and managing staff members in the fields of communication, federal human resources, instructional systems design (ISD), performance management, trainers, and training logistics
    * Developing and managing a multi-million dollar budget with P&L responsibility
    * Implementing corresponding training initiatives including classroom, web-based, workshop and individual counseling sessions

In addition to project specific requirements, the qualified candidate must also:

    * Provide proposal support
    * Contribute to project growth by seeking opportunities to expand existing work
    * Provide input to business development team regarding potential opportunities associated with assigned client(s)

Qualifications:

    * Master's required in human resources, organization development, change management or other related field
    * PMP certified with extensive experience managing large federal human resources programs ($5m or greater) from development through implementation
    * At least 10 years of progressive experience working on federal government contracts in the areas of human capital/resources or senior leader/executive performance management
    * At least five years developing and managing human capital/resources or senior leader/executive performance management programs.
