Position Responsibilities – Summary

The Decision Support Systems team within ICA seeks an individual who will
take on important responsibilities not only within the Fixed-Income Support
area but also make contributions towards our investor-centric data model
known as Investment View.

In the Fixed-Income Support area, this individual will take on moderate to
complex issues that originate from our business or from other application
teams. It is expected that this individual will become knowledgeable enough
in the applications and processes that we support, such as fixed-income
analytics, report development, and portfolio management tools, so that
he/she can take an active role in solving problems or directing other team
members in doing so themselves. This individual will also be heavily
involved in designing, supporting, improving, and developing data validation
and productivity tools and processes within this area.

This individual will also have responsibilities in connection with the
Investment View, not only from a support perspective, but also in performing
business analysis and design and testing of new features, functionality and
instruments. It is expected that the individual will reach a high level of
proficiency within 3 months with IV's instrument structures, batch processes
and other aspects of this data model.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the resolution of moderate to complex problems that
originate from members of the business as well as related application teams.
These include issues with reports, portfolio management applications,
fixed-income analytics, Investment View, and other applications and
processes.
· Work with contractor team members to oversee and approve their
work, monitor and promote quality of output, ensure that projects and tasks
are being performed according to standards and in conformity with business
requirements, and identify areas for cross training and knowledge sharing
among team members.
· Provide leadership as Incident Commander when necessary.
· On a regular basis, evening and weekend work will be required in
order to provide routine revolving coverage, to address critical production
issues, or to provide oversight for disaster recovery testing, smoke testing
or other off-hours activities.
· Establish and maintain effective client relationships and help
guide the team in setting priorities for completion of requests or
resolution of issues.
· Manage and facilitate implementation of business solutions aimed
at investment process efficiency, data quality improvements and simplifying
investor workflow.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Minimum of ten years of experience in IT industry with five years
experience in supporting buy-side investment systems, fund accounting,
portfolio construction, investment performance, or related systems.
· Strong understanding of fixed-income and derivative securities.
· Demonstrated experience in business analysis for medium to large
initiatives.
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
· Motivated, agile and able to work independently in a fast paced
team oriented environment. Committed to deliver projects on time and
overcome obstacles.
· High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality is
absolutely essential.
· Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high degree of
ownership of outcomes.
· Working knowledge of ANSI SQL with RDBMS like Oracle is a must.
· Demonstrate strong client focus and relationship management
skills.
· Bachelor's degree is a minimum. Advanced degree is preferred.
· Holding a CFA charter or working toward a CFA designation would be
considered a plus.

Keys to this Position:

1. Domain Knowledge: Exposure to Fixed Income Analytics and Derivatives is
required. Exposure can mean working experience or academic knowledge. Must
demonstrate a strong understanding of Fixed Income analytics (duration,
convexity, etc.) and Derivatives (swaps, futures, options, etc.)
2. Strong Systems Analysis skills. Problem solving skills are critical –
working through problems methodically and analyzing numbers.
3. Strong Client Relationship skills are required.
4. Strong Leadership skills.
5. Technical skills: The ability to query with SQL (PL/SQL) skills is
required.

Position Responsibilities – Summary

The Trading Operational Support unit is seeking a systems analyst to join
the team supporting our Fixed Income Corporate, Money Market, High Yield,
and Foreign Exchange desks. The trading systems group provides a high level
of electronic trading automation and tools to automate the post-trade
allocation notification process. Currently, the systems provide a means for
traders to electronically receive orders, execute, and send allocation
reports to multiple execution platforms.

Qualified applicants must possess a strong knowledge of technology, trading,
and financial services. Candidates must also possess excellent
communication skills, be self-motivated, willing to work in an energetic,
fun, fast pasted and team-oriented group. The ability to manage multiple
priorities is required. This position requires some partial early, late and
weekend shift coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support of technology located on the trading desks - Spending a
large portion of work time on the trading floor
· Phone support; answering trader questions in an expeditious manner
· Researching reported problems. Generating story level
enhancements or bug defects via existing technical tools and process
methods.
· Helping other business units with trading questions and problems
· Operational readiness and rollout of new versions of applications
· Test new technology and vendor interfaces into Wellington
applications

Required Skills and Competencies:
· BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

experience. Ideally the candidate will come out of another Asset Manager or

Position Responsibilities – Summary

This individual will be responsible for requirements, systems analysis,
testing, and support of the Geneva portfolio accounting system and its
integration points with other applications and processes at the firm. This
includes system integration with applications such as the account master,
security master, pricing, corporate actions, vendor data feeds, data marts,
and real-time order management and trading systems.
This position requires a high level of interaction with the business users

The Investment Administration Applications team is seeking a Senior Systems
Analyst who will be responsible for requirements, systems analysis, testing,
and project management for initiatives supporting the Fund Administration
(FA) group within Investment Administration (IA). The FA group is
responsible for Prime Broker Service Operations, Client Reporting, and Trust
Pools Settlement Processing.

someone that has both the developer and Systems Analyst skills, however if
the candidate only has developer skills and is interested in a Systems
Analyst role that is fine. SQL is required.
2. Strong Communication skills are required. This is a client facing role
interacting directly with the Back Office.
3. Domain knowledge: The candidate needs to have Back Office domain
experience such as knowledge of Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Fund Accounting
or Fund Administration. They don't need all of that knowledge, just broad
knowledge of the Back Office.
